[Resolved] Adfc Pvt Ltd — NOT GETTING SALARY | |||
I have submit one complain against ADFC PVT LTD which is BPO company of HDFC BANK LTD abt not getting salary..My employee id was ADFC39404 I would like to inform you more details abt it...My pending SL was there,also have pending PL of 7 days.and i worked with that organisation for 1year and 2 months.while i have concern with ADFC PVT LTD. they told me that PL and SL cant be en cashed..this is a general rules of each and every company that if employee is going to leave that job then PL is to be en cashed and company has to that amt as a full and final settlement,but ADFC PVT LTD said me it is not going to be en cashed... kindly note down the corporate office of ADFC PVT LTD ADFC PVT LTD 26/A narayan properties,chandivali farm road,Off saki vuhar road Chandivali, Andheri(E) Mumbai-400072 Was this information helpful? | |||

NIIT its brand name in IT education. but NIIT Airoli is fraud.
Mr. Akshay shetty is Director of NIIT Airoli branch. is very rude and fraud person. he never gives respect to anybody. I joined as Sr. counsellor on 3rd March 13. my duty timing was 11-8pm. but he used to never leave on time. the duty hour used to be more than 10-11 hrs every day. one day I reached home at 11.20pm.So i decided to leave my job.I sent him msg next day, that I wont come from today. he called me and said to change timing of my duty thts 10-7pm. but things never stoped. on top of that he didnt gave me any weekly off( not on sunday also). I have 2 kids. and it was very difficult for me.
I couldnt bear this torture I finally I quit my job. I worked there for 18 days. My original certificates are still with him.
dont know he will give me or not.
but he abused me lot when I asked me for my salary.
according to him, I should pay 2 months salary for leaving my job.( nothing was signed by saying same clause)
I spent around 1000/- rs from my pocket to travel from my home to airoli. have to changed train to go to airoli, and again used to take Auto to reach to center, as it was very far.
There should be any strict law for such bosses.and companies.
just want to say you all be aware of such bosses.
