Yes my friends me also agree, , , the very worst company (adfc) no late sittings no proper salary, , , , , im working 3+ years n m road-chennai

i am going for an interview with ADFC pls suggest me really its good for me or not

adfc sucks.that to hdfc bank staffs treating adfc peoples as slaves.hdfc credit card customer care is running fully with adfc employees.all the adfc who r working there is suffering.mostly females r harrsed by managers.government should take necessary action on that .some managers male and females are flotting in the floor.many sexual harrestment happened between managers in pantry and lifts.worst management.

hai friends the recent activities of hdfc employess are treated the adfc staffs like dog they are earning 70000pm but 1adfc employee get hissalary for 9000only but full and fully put the effort is adfc only there is no proper work place this is a bull organaisation the boss is mr sujil sam is save the hdfc money and total bank bcoz he strictly prohibited the late sitting what ever u think that is happen mr sujil thanks enjoy ur self his salary is 70000 his under sr managers they are getting 40-50k, managers salary40-45k, deputy managers30k-35k, and assistant & agency managers getting 20-30k those people are hdfc staffs they are not doing anything they are shoutin the floor and warm up the seats but the same adfc staff get 9.5k-12kthis is very highest salary .we are seen the company given incerement of salary but this is the only organaisation decrease the employees salaray, ...we dont know what the employees do any 1 can forward it to superior it help to the

i am an employee of adfc in tirupati being working frm 3 years. By naming this as rural bpo they r squeezing us like anything with paying of very very less salary. initially 3200/- they paid after 3yrs we geting 5000/- this is very less when compared to other companies. beside this there is very tough environment here with the bosses. very bad to say i am an employee of adfc. dont join in this company

the salary is not worth full for the job, bcoz even though experience persons getting the starting salary of just Rs 6500 only, but work pressure will be doulbe then the salary

I was worked with ADFC Pvt Ltd affiliated to HDFC in Jamshepur under HDFC Branch Manager of Clearing, I had work since 3 years 10 month but after my resignation ADFC Pvt Ltd not give my Releving Letter So I have suffering Problem ...Please give my Releving letter Immediately

hey adfc hr is more slower from that tortoise...

Every pvt firm has some office hrs. but ADFC has no timit.
As per Co's Act office timming in Maharashtra is 8hrs. (9:30-5:30) but ADFC sucks thr employes for 12 hrs. + travelling time = complete day (just go office, come home & sleep for tommorow)

Every body is cheater here. & Even they give training to their ppl... how to cheat others.
All are ...Specially Vijay, Poonam, Kamna etc

They take advantage ot employees by giving them extra load without paying OT. Its a every days issue, every body is complaining about this.

They think employees are donkey. Suck them how much we can...
Daily Target are given in such a way, which is not possible to complete within office timming (9:30-5:30)
Entering time is sharp 9:30 but they leave us @ 7:30, 8:00. 8:30 (Ghaswate Raho...)

They give trainning to their employees after office hrs... why? (Are u paying extra to them ? why dnt u arrange within office hrs.?)
They arrange picninc also after office timmming. first work like a donkey & than will go...

Parents are telling their kids (Tumk kya ADFC ne khareed liya hai kya ?)
Its a truth... even my parents tell me same thing.

i too worked in this organization and too experienced the same scenario as you people are, there is no doubt the adfc is one of the worst company but we cant ignore that to some extent its a entry door to enter private banking career, when you get your experience from there then definitely you would get more and better chances in other banking as well as in other profiles too, so my advice to all freshers as well as new joiners...JUST TAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE FROM ADFC THEN KICK IT OUT...

I resigned ADFC in July 2009 and i have applied for PF withdrawal 3 times till now, submitted PF forms 2 times to HDFC HR in Richmond road Bangalore, 3rd time i have sent to Pune office as suggested by Shivaram(Bangalore Hr), i have filled my PF form properly with all the required details as mentioned in instruction document,

Withdrawal request has been rejected 3 time, but nobody is able to notify me the reason why my PF from is getting rejected, now I a have strong feeling that my PF account itself is wrong .

yes i agree above comment by various candidate who experienced adfc work .
i would like to request you do not work in adfc because there is no progress
on carrier side .it is pure wast of time .i worked in adfc for four year
and i saw hdfc employee. who joined in front of me they got promotion
now area sales manager .also business head in department .but adfc employee
remain on same post for four year. that why there is no point work with them .

Yes i am sameer i am working in kanjurmarg branch under the amit chachad, santosh shetty they have leave the office after 6.30pm and we are sit for 9 to 10 pm every day. they provide the late sitting but we have also family so we have to spend some time with our family. so i request to hr pls transfer me to other dept so hr tolds me to resign the job. so i done

Reading above comments please tell me I got an opening in adfc as a personal banking so should I go for it or not ...rp soon in delhI branch .

i was also selected for one process but they told me to wait for joining date. they will let m know nd now they told me that m selected for another process.. as i havent given interview for that process how could i get selected.. still waiting for joinig date aftr submitting all the documents.. this is worse :(
