[Resolved]  ADFC Pvt. Ltd — I loose my job resone of HR of adfc

Hi,

I want a permanent solution for the problems faced by adfc employees.
Please reader, please tell me what are the working hours for ADFC...
what is the pay???

My husband working in ADFC hyderabad...
Do u know the timings of his working(9.30 AM ...)It means at 9.30 in the moring and not know till how much time he need to work.he never used to leave office before 10 in the night always 11.30 12.00 am some times 1.00am also.
And they are paying very low...just 7k per month...A sweeper in any organisation is getting 10K.
what the hell is this...
24/7 work...no incentives also...
actuall timings of their working what they mentioned in call letter is 9.30 ..7.30.
Atleast they should pay more if they are working for late hours...

What is this .atleast managers in those branch should consider about employees...
Please tell me whom we should directly complain about these issues about ADFC employees problems..

finally any ADFC manager will allow their son/daughter to work in their ADFC upto such a working hours.

Hi I am Rajesh now I am working in adfc pvt ltd, which company there are no independent our working life, ON roll employee that's means who are working in hdfc onroll whey teat us like DOG, , we are salve HDFC emp, we are unless happiness's our life, so do not join any off roll like adfc pvt ltd, Life is hell up

o had joined adfc Chennai classic on phone vadaplani on 3 jan 2013, am from manali Chennai -68, working hours is 6.30 pm, but they used leave this office premises only by 7or 7.30 pm, so i approached manager for my resignation, they didn't accept it, and said to continue for 1 year to get good rating then i agreed and continued to work, them after 1 year 3 months again approached them regarding resignation, but my reporting boss sheetal, and senthil ramesh said that you cant just walk out as you like, they forced to continue to work for 6 months, then mean while my marriage happened my husband don't want me to continue with the job further then again i approached them for resignation, they said we are not paying for charity you will take 15 days leave and you will go as you like ah, give us 2 months of time then will relive you, i agreed to it, then in November month i asked releving date and said them to releve me before chrismas, but they said that it is not possible and said to put paper by jan 24th i again agreed to it, , , dec 1st it was aroubd 5.30 my husband called me in my office landline and said he had applied leave for chrismas for 10 days, usually in office they used to barge our calls but our personal calls, but after knowing that it is personal call sheetal continued listening to it, and she called me and asked what is your chrismas plans, i said as of now i had not planned and came and sat in my place, then again by leaving i asked senthil ramesh, sir you know it is a personal call after knowinhg that also you will listen to my personal calls, then sheetal shouted you cannot question a bank staff as you like whomhas given those liberty to you, i reeplied back i didnt question him, i was asking him, wheather this was the process, then sheetal again shouted and said i don want such type of candifate to work here just put your paper and walk away, so vey next day i had apporrcahed HR office thiruvanmyur and explained what all happened from begning then they will spwak to mumbai head office and will as paid reveling, and siad to give my resignation latter to sheetal, but she didnt accept it, she is saying that she will put is as upsound only, so today i agian handed over my resignation letter to HR bindhu in thiruvanmyur branch, so please do help me to get my resignation, as because this my first job,

Hi All, I accept with all the negatives, whatever the comments above given is all true. Really I feel awkward for worked in that company. I was put up in T-Nagar, Chennai branch. They dont have sense at all. I was under one lady TL whose name starts with the letter "K". She was behaved like a ghost. As a girl she didn't understand any of the team mates. She has spoken indecently in-front of other and also wantedly made me to sit more than 10 hours and asked to come on government holidays, week-ends too. It is the worst company, so pls friends be aware of that and don't join in that company.

I worked in adfc. I learned skill and moved rbs from their to it company. . . No growth. . . Thanks for updating my skill. . . For beginers goos to learn and after they need to quit

all government holidays and all Saturday Sunday we working in habbibullah road tnagar branch Chennai . As per RBI Rule 2nd Saturday and 4 th Saturday they forcing to work in the premises.
About this issue we complaint HR But no response. Feel too bad to work in this business premises.

this the bad organisation where i had worked the bankers from the hdfc are very cruel towords the ADFC employees please do not join this company because they are working under the bad influence of hdfc .those who are listening every thing of bankers those who are doing thegulam girithey are serviving there

Adfc is good as per job giver to unemployed youth, i appreciate this thing. Salary is very less, that is not so much concern as employees are ready to do on this salary willfully. Main concern is work culture. Hdfc staff take adfc employees as their bonded laborer. They are told (Especially girls) persons who weak, worthless, etc etc do job in adfc. An hdfc toid his college dog to give to a lady (Adfc staff sitting idle) at 6pm. To give her work at 7 pm. So that she leaves office at 8pm. Very shameful. That is harassing the lady staff at every time. When she goes to take tea, she is told adfc staff is not allowed to take tea. Adfc staff has a lot of work to do, even though, hdfc animals compel adfc to their work also., this came into lime light by a audit party. As audit party instructed hdfc staff to do their work themselves.
I request higher authorities to give respect to young staff especially girl staff and let them leave office at 6pm when there is no pending work.
This staff of animal virtues is in chandigarh area, they should be tied with dog chains so that they behave like humans.

plz do not join this company as they harass employees to do numbers, sales . they shout the employees on floor in front of every one . i was working in adfc at chandivali branch as customer service executive bt they treat us as slave not allowing us to leave on time . salary package is also not good also at times it fluctuates .

Hai I'm rathna arunachalam, worked in adfc chennai vadapalani, due to my personal reasons, i stop continue for the job . Now i got married and having two children, problem is I'm not relieving properly, so what is the procedure to ask about releiving letter. Now because of my family condition, again looking for the job.
