ADSYS INDIA is number one fraud company..They collect money frm young graduates in the name of registration for online exam and telling showy wrds to students that they give 3.25lakhs perannum as package and all...but totally they r frauds, they take the advantage over unemployee(fresh graduates).simply they r online beggers(modern beggers)..so plz dnt belive this type of company...verify detail abt tat cmpy before proceed ..dnt belive any one....

if it's confirmed that it is a fraud company...y not somebody's taking action against them...really bangalore's reputation of software field is at stake !!

and now i have received same mail as one of the guy has posted(teja sirapu)...
the only difference being they haven't given me any icici bank acc. no...
they have asked for a money order to mr. debashish...

I think:
1)asking money for a recruitment.
2)paying a decent salary but no bond, no submitting of documents.
definately makes this company a fraud case

me in same condition...they cheated every one with telephonic interviews and attracted the peoples with package..
i also went to ADSYS INDIA, OFFICE on 13-12-11, the Debashish Kumar told me to pay 100 as registration fee, t& they will conduct two rounds thats apti & Hr..& after two days will call up 4 technical round.by seeing their office only i felt some what.b/c there is no adequate employees or system are there, only gone systems they kept aside, & so many was there 4 interview, & i asked him is this is ur office, his felt some wat by my question, he told this is our office v r just small company.i asked abt requirments, he told we want 35 members;by my questions he asked me what happened & i directly told him that i won't feel like its an office, then i came out from there.They are frauds only...plz read reviews before going for any interview like this.. thats wat i felt.its just waste of time and money both...ADSYS INDIA is number one fraud company.i went without reading these reviews.

Even I have received the same mail in the name of debashish kumar & telephonic interview. but I got doubt about the company when they request for money order of Rs.350/- for online test because company ask for money while recruiting candidate.
ofcourse 99% of the companies which ask for money are fake...common sense

Yes, same here frnz..i also got a mail from this comany ..after tht i gave first aptitude test also thrugh o-desk after tht i got a cl from one of the employee of thr firm & asked some of que.& after tht he told me tht i m selected for next round & for go through this round i hv to pay 350 rs. & if i got shortlisted from this thn they eill cl me for next hr cum final round.
but from ur responses i read out nw...i cm to know tht this is jst a fraud company & they r jst earning money from this buisness...
so i m also attaching tht mail for ur references frnz...so, i thought i should not pay thm any money.i[censored] wannna say smthng tht wht should i do pls leave ur comment here.
