we have also purchased 3 growth bonds to from the above company. we have submitted postdated cheques rupees 18000. we are unable to find the company address and adress of VIJAY AND DEVANG DHOLKIYA.so please if any one knows aderss of above company and directors send it to above email adress.

I have paid Rs. 6000/- to M/s Adventure Plantation Ltd known as Adventure Orchadrs Ltd have been issued Grouth Bond-II having Folio No. 241059 on 25.5.98 but inspite of sending several letters on th given address, no reply has been received from them. I have not received any refeund till date. You are requested to take necessary action in the matter Please look into personnaly.

I was given chq Rs.1, 50, 000/-, but did not worked.

on 20th March 1998.
I would like to know about their where about. Our cheque's has bounced and they are absconding.

This has reference to the above mentioned schemes of which myself & my wife are owners and hold certificates. The details are as follows :

As per the agreement, you had issued us post dated cheques (return o[censored]nit value) which the bank has returned indicating that the account is now closed / non-operative.

Moreover, the returns for the 6th, 9th, 12th & 15th year as well as the handsome bonuses have never been advised or the amount remitted to us till date.

How do we tackle this issue ??? is a big question since we are outside our mother India.

my dad has invested and has taken 2 bonds of Rs. 6000/- each of M/sADVENTURE PLANTATION LTD, 'PRABHUTA', 21 HUGES ROAD, BOMBAY in 1995. I would like to know about their whereabout. our cheque of Rs.6000/- dated 1/1/2010 has bounced.he has been issued Growth Bond-II having Folio No. 003856 and 003857, Certificate No. 019241 and 019242 under Scheme "D" on 01.01.1995 respectively. Yes, this is true.These people have duped all investors of their hard earned money.I would like the authorities take some action against these faruds.

my parents had invested about 6000/- in the scheme A in 1994 mode in the adventure plantation.The bond had promised a return about 2, 10, 000 returns 2010.but we still havent received any amount till date.
plese check into the matter i guess its the duty of govt of india to provide our money back.

Dear Sir,

In continuation to the above complaint, the same has been faced by me, and was given 2 cheques from DENA Bank, Gowalia Tank Br, Mumbai 400026., the first maturity was on01/02/2002 for an amount of Rs.10, 000.00(Rupees Ten Thousand only) and the second was for Rs.80, 000.00(Eighty Thousand only). The first cheque bounced, as the bank had put a remark on the cheque "ACCOUNT FREEZED AS PER ORDER OF HIGH COURT, MUMBAI".

Please advise us how can we go about it to get our Amount that is due to us.

Yes you all are right, We too had invested in 4 bonds of Adventure Orchards Ltd, in 1998 and were given post dated cheques of same branch of Dena Bank and they bounced.Subsequently in the same year they offered us 12 preference shares of Rs 100 each of Adventure Country Resorts. we were pressurised to accept them. They assured us good returns within 5 years. After one year they disappeared. All our attempts to contact/locate the company failed. We were totally cheated.

We too would like to join you if you intend to take any action against them.
Individually we are helpless, but collectively we can do something.
We should not let them runaway with our hard earned money.

I have discovered (happened to access the net today, after many years) that in NOV 2008, this company (Adventure Orchards Ltd) has been LIQUIDATED. The site where this info is available is {http://www.companyliquidator.gov.in/InLiquidation-Bombay.pdf}. I also had invested Rs 10, 000/= in this company under Growth Bond - III, & am in same (abysmal) state as all of you.

I am planning to write (speed post) to the BOMBAY HIGH COURT (the REGISTRAR - General) giving reference to the said web site & seeking their advice as to how to go about putting in my claim towards getting my money back from the proceeds of the SALE of Company Assets post the LIQUIDATION etc.

In fact, I am also looking for help from people for OTHER PLANTATION COMPANIES, like (1) SUMAN MOTELS; (2) ANUBHAV PLANTATION; (3) MEHNA PLANTATION; (4) CHAITANYA PLANTATION; (6) ENBEE AGRO etc etc

Growth bond II — Not got any return

I have purchsed a growt bond scheme from Adventure plantation ltd with certificate nmber 004372/ folio no 004012, scheme opted c on 01/01/1995. My agent code is VR-425. I did not hear any thing afterwards

I have been trying to get the agent for many years. I am supposed to get a return of a total of Rs 2, 70, 000/ after 15 years. Pl help me. The certificate is in the name of G B Jagannathan.
