[Resolved]  Adventure plantation ltd or Adventure Orchards Ltd — Non refund of payement of Growth Bond-II

I have also invested February 1997 in ADVENTURE PLATATION LTD GROWTH BOND - III, i cannot contact them nor i know where about of that company, as all are old ph no, i m residing at pune and in case any body know please inform in this site. there add: M/sADVENTURE PLANTATION LTD, 'PRABHUTA', 21 HUGES ROAD, BOMBAY.400007.but inspite of tephonic enquiry and several correspondence to their given address, it was came to know that the said company has been windup their business and not in existance. I have not received any refund till date. I have received a TIMES Bank cheque No. 173493 for IRs.70, 000/- dated 1/11/2007. You are requested to take necessary action to trace the whereabouts of the cheaters.Uptill now we have not received any payment thereoff. Kindly advice.thanks manish

Even I had invested Rs 6000 in ADVENTURE PLANTATION LIMITED in 1995 but no Refund of even the principal amount. My scheme is C and folio no 16847 dated 15/04/1995.

we have paid Rs. 12000/- to M/s Adventure Plantation Ltd known as Adventure Orchadrs Ltd whos Directorss were Vijay Dholakia, Devang Dholakia etc and I have been issued Grouth Bond-II having Folio No. 012897, Certificate No. 016396 & Folio No. 012895, Certificate No. 016394 under Scheme "C" on 01.04.1995 but inspite of tephonic enquiry and personal visit 2 times on the given address, it was come to know that the said company has been windup their business and not in existance. we are planning to reunite all the affected members of adventure orchards ltd. and take a strict action against this people, i have also come to know that they have opened a same company in worli. i'm still working out on it. kindly share you email id or facebook link

non receipt of redemption amount g.bonds

i have invested in 3 growth bonds of rs 2500 each = Rs 7500/- each in four of my family members total investment amt Rs30000/-, .as per company request i have surrendered post dated cheques and original bond certificates to company by hand delivered on 3/8/2001.and have received pref share certificate.

However the company was send in liquidation in oct 2001 and we had filed the claim with the official liqudator in the month of may 2002 at Fort Branch of BANK OF INDIA, BEHIND HIGH COURT Mumbai...

How ever i have still not heard of anything from them till date...

I think the liquidator is/was not interested in attaching their properties/land on which this plantation was going and gave them the (Directors) chance/excuse to either dispose of the land or escape the liability for returning the investors money...

therefore i request you to guide in this matter for getting invested amount or give us any feedback on the same...

SO I REQUEST MUMBAI INVESTORS TO ENQUIRE WITH HIGHCOURT MUMBAI. SO WE WILL COME TO KNOW LATEST DEVELOPMENT

We had invested and taken 4 bonds of Rs. 6000/- each from M/s. Adventure Plantation Ltd,
Prabhuta, 21 Huges Road, Bombay in 1995. This company is no longer existing and is under
liquidation by the Court in Bombay. Please somebody who knows how we can get refund of our

to whom to contact. The Directors of this company were Mr. Vijay Dholakia etc...

i invested Rs.24000.00 in Growth bond IIII for 20 nos in ADVENTURE ORCHARDS LTD .Registered office at Prabhuta, 21 Hughes Road, Mumbai-400 007.in my wife name Mrs.Geeta Guruprasad kanojia, Land allotted at S no.361 H no.4abc, agreecultural land 320 sq.mtrs.certificate no SP-001140 folio no.255, no of sepling allotted 40 Mangiumwood saplings.on 16th Feb'1998.
They also offered a Bonus certificate against Bond III, Land allotted S.No.88 H no.3, Land area 52 sq.mtrs.Certificate no. 000427 folio no.GBIV 00255, no of saplings 26, Seven wood saplings-17 trees for Bonus + 9 trees for Bonanza.Village Bhadas, Taluka - Mulshi, Dist-Pune Maharastra.
They also gave me a cheque of Rs.6, 00, 000.00 of Dena Bank dated 1st march'2008.
Unfortunately at the maturity date no one was traceable neither there was any communication from their side.
Kindly let us know the status.
