[Resolved]  Advocate — non delivery by Blue Dart- harrassment

Dear Mr. Upasani,
Greetings for the day.

I am a practicing lawyer at Delhi and am residing at the address given below. An undated and partially filed in slip way left at my residence on 4.10.2009 by your executive. Prior to doing so, he flatly refused to deliver the courier to either my son or daughter available at home.

The airway bill contained incorrectly mentioned. Your website and customer care executive on # 66111234 confirmed it. Subsequently after repeated efforts by son he could obtain correct airway bill number.

Yesterday i.e. 7.10.2008 afternoon, your executive came again and refused to hand over parcel to any of my family members including my wife and demanded my ID proof. Since I was away for work, I spoke to him on telephone and requested him to hand over to my family. He insisted on my ID proof. On my enquiry from him as to why such requirement for taking delivery was not mentioned in your slip left on 4.10.2009 and nor such intimation was given, he had no answer. He said that he has already come four times, whereas he came on 4th and 7th October and he refused to deliver.

The website shows that the consignee is not available, whereas I am available. Misrepresentations are made by your company for the reasons unknown to me. There is no mention of ID requirement in the two slips left at my residence.

I am pained by conduct of your executives. You may like to look into it. Awaiting your response.

Advocate — Old Broadband Customer Not Entitled avail New Scheme of Low Tariff @ Rs. 250+ 45

Sir, I well come the New Scheme of BSNL Broad Band at low rates. But due to you decison I am disappointed to larger extent. While putting offer of broadband rate @Rs.250/- p.m. + fixed monthly land line charges @ Rs. 49/- you have granted benefit or safeguaring interest of of only New Customers. However you have not made any effort to take into consideration interest of old customers. Since I am availing Land Line Facility since March 2000. Whether its my fault being a old customer. This is inequality or unequal protection of interest. If BSNL thinks that by offering this facility to new connection will increase number of broadband customers then it false. There are chances that Old customer may get disappointed by your conduct & may surrender the land line & take new one. Therefore Sir I hereby request you to grant same benefit to me & like me other customers of bsnl broadbandline. Sir, I am not using landline for dialing calls to larger extent. Please think for it & please reply regarding my suggestion promtly.
Being you valueable customer this is my suggestion.

I have with drawn some amount throgh my SBH ATM Card number[protected] from Canara Bank ATM Centre located at Vegitable Market Lane Nallakunta near Bharath Degree College on[protected] at about 7 AM in the morning.After drawing the required amount and came home and noticed that the said ATM Card is missing.I immediatly went to the ATM Centre and checked if the same was lying there but in vain.Either the card has been forgotten to collect from the machine or accidental fall in the premises area.If the same is found kindly arrange to return the same at the earliest.Mean while I have reported mis placement of the card to the SBH ATM authorities also.Your immediate action in this matter is highly appreciated.

Advocate — Drainage blocked

Sir,
i am resident of Rasappa Street, Park town, Chennai -3. on behalf of the resident i submit this complaint.
for the past few days the drainage in our street is blocked and the drainage water is over flooded and spreading in the house. the drainage being blocked in the road the drainage water leaking through all the manhole and flowing towards the street.
Due to drainage block there are risk of various disease and the residents are unable to live because of the bad smell.
i on behalf of the entire residents hereby kindly request to look the complaint at the earliest by taking immediate action and necessary steps to clear the drainage.

Advocate — some of your Bank Employees unofficially collect amounts from the customers

I being an advocate regularly doing legal documentation profession, my assistants regularly visit your branch to pay the challans towards Stamp duty and Registration fee, while collecting the challan amounts your bank employees/cashier demaning money as service charges from all the customers unofficially, and who did not have pan cards also have to pay unofficially to your employees, then ony they allow the challans.
