I have been a regular customer of Adyar bakery in Velachery (Near the Vijayanagar Signal). I spend almost Rs 150 every day on cakes and other snacks everyday. They charge the rates mentioned on the display cards and also add a 5% tax to the total. Moreover, they dont give anyone a bill. For the last three weeks they either say the computer is not working or there is no power and some how convince the customers to pay up the rates+tax and leave without any bill. They are definitely pocketing the tax paid by all the customers. Hope the management of Adyar Bakery look into this practice.
I asked for cutlet and somosa to pack, they have given it without and side dish! though both are from north India Adyar Bakery fail to understand and provide sauce to suit, will this people understand and serve better to the customer!
