Reference to tickets issued and refunded for our valued customers we wish to bring some facts near you
We had booked Mr Rajan Kamerkar on Aeroflot for Bom-Moscow-Minsk-Moscow-Mumbai, at the time of ticketing we spoke to Ms Pramila and reconfirmed it thrice if the transit visa is required for Moscow
We were informed by Ms Pramila, the transit visa is not required, this fact cant be denied by her as Mr Suresh Vorkady from Packsysglobal was on Conference with Ms Rashmi (Managing Director Destination Management) all the time
First we wasted full one day as the booking was cancelled by on timelimit as she didnt issue the ticket on time, by with great effort she confirmed the seat again
On the day of Departure she issued the ticket, But on insistance of Mr vorkady we conferenced him with Ms Pramila again for the visa as his counter part in Minsk informed him that the visa is required and Ms Pramila checked with seniors and at last confirmed the visa is required
We emailed and requested Ms Pramila to void the tickets immediately as it was the airline error as pramila provided the wrong information about the visa
Pramila in turn informed that there will be a cancellation of Rs 3000 only, and she ticket refunded,
Now when we received the refund, only the taxes are refunded back .
This is not the professional way a Airline should function, as per the airline norms the tickets can be voided on the same day
Why should a travel agency or the passenger bear the charges for the airlines mistake
Passenger is planning to take the matter to the consumer court so kindly request you to give a appropriate reply for the same
and help us get the best refund possible to pax as the error lies on Airlines part.
but airline has not refund us the full amount still 45000 is pending and they are not ready to give us
