[Resolved]  Agriculture Loan — regarding not providing agriculture loan to govt subsidized project

we are common citizen of India reside in rural area of himachal pradesh of distt Bilaspur. we have form a society name as Bhoomi Hi tech Horticulture and Agriculture development society and registered it as per society Act with registrar. after that we collectively applied for construction of Green house by the name of above said society for the cultivation of high value cut flower under Horticulture technology mission in State Horticulture department, and get the sanction under this scheme to construct the Hi tech Green House of area measuring 4283 Sq mtr. The total Project cost is 86 lacs, in which after the completion of the project govt subsidy of thirty two lac & 11 lac i.e. total forty three lac had to come in loaning account of the society. with this project we go to bank of Baroda branch Ghumarwin to avail finance to this project. As per the project report out of the total project cost of 86 lac 48 lac was as term loan & 15 lac was as Working capital loan. As per the loaning guidelines of RBI we were also going to deposit the margin of 25% in Bank. In spite of that the collateral securities of land was also attached with this project, govt market value of which was 2.5 crore, evaluation under govt norms was also attached with.then they demand for additional securities then we were agree to mortgage our house of worth approximate 50 lacs as per market value. the bank personnel had revolved us again and again with branch for last 11 month & now denied to provide loan. in the mean time after the assurance the bank we have complete the basic work required for the project i.e. labeling of land foundation work creation of water source i.e. tube well which cost near about 5.5 lac at our own cost. Now this site has become laughing business to every one.
sir you are requested to look into the matter so that we can complete this project. This is life time approtunity to us comes only one in life & this project will also provide employment to seven family of our village. seeking for your help.......................................
