I don't have any kind of account in their bank, still I get their message to maintain minimum balance. I called their customer care, and they told me to send sms to stop messages, but even after doing that I am getting that message

    reg - hamid mulla - suspected debit from my nro saving account 83510100003169

    I have tried to reach the bank several times through email and phone calls but there is not reply from the branch manager.
    I am following the suspected deduction from the account since 5th Feb, the deduction was found on 03rd Nov 2024.

    Non issue of pre printed Fixed Deposit Receipt

    Bank of Baroda does not issue a pre printed fixed deposit receipt. Instead they give a computer printout on an A4 sheet. Since the FDs are long term and the dot matrix print fades over a period of time, and because the print is not prominent, many a times it is lost or misplaced.

    All other banks that I deal with give their FD receipt in a preprinted format which looks like a certificate and their appearance is very prominent...

        My problem is the nomination update.
        A few days ago I went to the BOB bank branch for an update nomination submitted all the necessary documents and filled up the form. Yesterday I tried to call the bank helpline number to know my nomination update status. But no one picked up my phone after I checked my BOB mobile app, I saw no update. The bank has not updated my nomination details till now. We know that nomination updates are very important in present life.
        So my request is to please update my nomination details and all physical documents I already submitted to the branch.

          I have got Lien Inquiry for INR 9153/- from Cyber Crime, this amount is freeze in my account.

          My Aunty transfer money to my BOB account from IOB account 07129 The complaint is regarding the UPI transaction credited to my account dated 9th December, 2023 for rs 25000/- with RRN number[protected]. However Lien on account is for Rs.9153/-i was never involved in any kind of trading transactions.

            net banking payment failed but money debited from account

            Hi,
            I was paying my BESCOM bills today, 15th April 2024 via the BESCOM website and chose net-banking option for Bank of Baroda, I made the payment of Rs. 7804.54 and it showed "Unsuccessful" try later BUT the money has been debited from the account. And while re-directing to BESCOM website, I got another error which looked like browser related.
            I sent an email to the BANK, BESCOM with no help yet. BESCOM at least replied asking...

            My Amazon refund of Rs. 49, 989 was issued on 21/2/24 and yet has not been credited into my bank of baroda account after 11 days and the bank is not willing to track the refund reference number provided by Amazon... Also the bank has no customer service where I can talk and get to know the status of my refund.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to bring in your notice about the today's incident with BM Mr Satyam and Mr Vipin that today around 3 PM when i visited BOB Sherko to accept my written application regarding this enquiry, same time i reported this issue to Mr Rohit, Mr Harish Arora Sir, DRM Ro then they people talked to Mr Satyam to accept the written application, on which Mr Satyam along with Mr Vipin started shouting on me and talked me using bad languages and Mr Vipin who is neither bank's permanent employee was sitting on Bank's system started using abusive languages to me which i again report to Mr Rohit after that Mr Rohit Stop takings my calls and Mr Satyam and Mr Vipin also threaten me by saying 'Branch ke Bhar Mil Humse fir bataye ge tujhe' and they also said if you won't revoke complaining against us will file an F.I.R against you as we are Govt employee and our team is supporting us for the same, no one can Suspend or termites us.This kind of thing is not acceptable at all from a bank's senior level employee. Mr Satyam is a bank employee not owner and sees their talking tones as well their behaviour towards the bank's prestigious customers. These kinds of things are hampering my business as well as my precious time.Here in this branch one more thing is happening whole staff goes for the Lunch at same time and they closed the branch for doing Lunch and if someone tells them about the guideline they threaten the customer's and say I don't follow the RBI guidelines i makes my own rules.
                  Request you all to kindly Suspend / take strict actions against Mr Vipin and Mr Satyam of BOB Sherkot Branch (BARB0SHERBS) on priority basis. With a lot of last hope i'm writing this email to you.

                    Branch Timing and Staff Misbehavior

                        I am writing this email to you as I have been chasing you and your team from last 2+ weeks for my home loan transfer case from PNB bank to Bank of Baroda.

                        I purchased one 3 BHK flat in Saviour park, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad in Feb 2023 and took the home loan from PNB bank.

                        I found that every second day, there are some requests of documents came in past few days which I addressed in 10-20 min response time.

                        There is a delay in the physical verification of the team from your end on both my present and loan home addresses. When I raised it I found the simple answer that these are third-party job and we have conveyed and can't control their movements.

                        After all these, I kept patiently waiting for the sanction letter which was conveyed to me to hand over last week but unfortunately no professional approach and complete Government work style " Not to adhere to given timelines ".

                        All banks including SBI, PNB, and private banks are ready to give home loans to Savior park society at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad within 3 days notice but Bank of Baroda has taken more than 2 weeks time for the transfer loan case which was already approved and the ongoing at PNB bank.

                        Today when I called at afternoon, I was communicating another surprise that the Delhi Regional team has a holded because of running an NGT legal case.

                        I would like to apprise the legal team of the Bank of Baroda for their poor and no-ground knowledge about the NGT case and its impact on society.

                        This is to inform you that my loan is on B3 tower (towers A & B ) which was constructed in 2015 and all clearance has been done. So NGT case has no connection with this tower. NGT case is applicable to tower C which was recently constructed.

                        Also please find the attached NGT notice and read point 1 which clearly defines that " Appellant is entitled to sell the constructed flat ". All C block flats registry started in March 2023 and families are staying there.

                        Please take my mail on urgency and release the sanction note today else I will either continue with PNB or move to SBI.

                          My name is Saheb Pradhan is a present customer of Bob . now I am complaining against BoB, Chikkabanvara branch, pin 560090 . actually we are college students and the bob sponsored to our college and collaborating with college to force as to open savings account to all students . the bob staffs had came to class and first they approached to open savings account and some students were not willing to do, then mentally harassed with us like that "if you are not open bob savings account then scholarship won't came, your admission will be cancelled" and they install Bob world to my phone forcefully and telling if you not install then police complain will be there. they told that is zero balance account, but I don't know when they had applied ATM and dispatched & ATM issue charge deducted & maintenance charges also . even I didn't got ATM & not done any single transaction . everything previously they were telling lie and after that, when I went to branch manager then he told minimum 1 year you can't close this account and when after the one year I went means yesterday they told your account minus charge you have to pay, but why I should pay allthough I never applied for ATM or others. I want to close this account.
