Address:Mumbai Dahisar West

I requested mobile number change on 4th April 2023. This was sent by the Officer from Dubai to Dahisar (W) branch. I sent 2 Reminders & the officer send 1 reminder. Until date the mobile no is not updated & also there is no response from the Dahisar (W) branch.

I am not able to login on my mobile as my new mobile no is still not updated.

I changed the mobile no. in another bank which in Mumbai, it took 1 hour & it was changed.

I am very unhappy to see such slackness in service in today's age.

I am writing this complaint to make on record my grievances & request the Branch in charge Madam Kalpana Parekh to take suitable action so my issue is resolved & also request to provide good & efficient services for customers.

    10may 2023 I did two transactions first was 5000 that transaction reference number is[protected] . This amount has been credited buy I did second transaction which was 1900 and the reference number is[protected] . But this amount did not credited in my account . I did both transaction from state bank of india to Bank of Baroda through UPI . And the bank is also not showing any interest for solving my problem.

      I have received a compliance letter for KYC from Bank of Baroda on 12.05.2023. In the letter, they have given 2 no. Landline number, both landline number is not working. I am not understanding when number is not working, that means banks want to fool the customer by giving non-functional phone number.

      I want format of KYC form so that i will comply with your KYC updation need. Further i have given email in [protected]@bankof baroda.com on 19.05.2023 and 20.05.2023 for format of KYC form. Even the staff is not replying to my email id.

      If they are not able to properly deal the customer, then they should be given training so that they can discharge their official work in the interest of Bank.

          Why this bank is still working. My father have a account in thi bank for last 20 years totally waste 0 facilitys i submitted to activate a net banking i think a month ago yet it not started so i download a bob world app and start using it then i am thinking to activate a virtual debit card guess what my fathers account kyc not updated thats why they can't activate virtual card now i submitted all kyc documents and forms seriously in this digital world this bank using a form system to do kyc now its more then 48 hour and my kyc still not updated my loan NACH is pending because i don't have access of net banking not a virtual card. Who is responsible for this service and specially your gandhidham kachchh employees are busy in doing gossip to each other and forget why they are on this job

              In the month of june 2022, Bank of Baroda Dhanbad has deducted Rs. 1, 53, 400/- vide clone cheques without our knowledge and information.When these fraud came to our notice we immediately freeze our company account and stop all the future transaction with that account. Again, we also produced the original cheques to the bank of baroda Dhanbad branch which is intact and kept in our safe custody.After that incident as per the bank letter we have submitted all the relevant documents at their office, so that they can process for refund.But it has been going to 1year old to that incident neither Bank of Baroda is refunding the amount to our company nor they are responding to our letter .So, we request authority since this the PSU money involved, take the matter seriously and arrange to refund the amount to Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. as per RBI guidelines .

                  My name is DilipSinghRathod and I had ordered samsung mobile phone of RS.25599 Renewed) Samsung Galaxy S10 (Prism Blue, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) in Amazon on (20-Apr-2023) and after (23-Apr-2023) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (23-Apr-2023)
                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                  (75503723114022881927931) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank of Baroda doesn't have such policy. So
                  please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

                            I'm unable to send/receive money thru upi in phonepe, gpay, Paytm and on imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care and they say nothing wrong with upi on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

                            It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked on this account. Please contact the bank.

                                Bank of Baroda debits amount Rs 118 from my account stating MMSRREGCHARGE. I do not know what it means and I have not authorised any such transaction. This happened on April 21, 2023 at about 12:40 PM.

                                    Now, they have charged me236.00 rs under the category DCARDFEE dated:17/04/2023.

                                    I don't know what type of charges are these.

                                    They never informed me regarding these charges through email voice call or text message.

                                    Who was given the right to bob bank to deduct this kind of charge without informing us?

                                    Because we kept money in the bank that gives the authority or rights to the bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

                                    There should be a formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited to my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.
