hi everybody who support human rights,women's rights and child rights.

i am national vice president from all India council for human rights,liberties & social justice kindly bring to the notice of all the people who cares for human rights and contributing this society for setting up the system to get everyone rights fight against corruption.

since our team has taken aggressive steps against all human rights and correcting the system and helping the poor and needy people helping them in terms of getting their rights,legal assistance and acting as watch dog,pressure group on industries,institutions,govt bodies and all segments.

during this process we are coming across many people who are against this and trying to damage our name through all possible ways,but we are least bothered about these psychopaths,anti social elements.

now recently our team has found that one Mr.Raghu Bhat who came to Bangalore about 10 years ago with empty hand from manglore and says he is running computer sales and service unit in Bangalore, but he is doing all anti social activities of creating false sale dead of the land and make all pirated software,when our team caught him red hand with complete evidence and initiated legal action,he started spreading our name with illogical blames.

we from all india council for human rights bring to the notice of the public that if any body find people like Mr.raghu Bhat who is cheating the public,please call us and also if you see any human rights violation send information with evidence,for more information log on to our site www.humanrightscouncil.in.

I was a student of Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune-41.
I had got Gate Score of 90.05 in 2008...
I took admission in ME IT in 2008..
I was eligible for Gate Post Graduate scholarship.I applied for that in July 2008..
I got scholarship for 2008-09 academic year in September 2009.But scholarship of 2009-10 academic year is still pending..
Still trying to receive my gate stipend from AICTE ..
Little change is there..
Now S N Sharma had left job and concerned person is Sundeep Sarin..
He is never available on phone..
Talked to his PA and he told your file is still in process and now i had to talk to some Ahuja..
He says that AICTE had send many letters to sinhgad college of Engineering.
But college had not received letters
So ahuja is blaming college for negligence..
They are sleeping from last 4 years.

About GATE stipend delay
Respected sir,
I am doing M.E in applied electronics[protected] batch) in Coimbatore institute of technology,Coimbatore. I got admission via GATE exam and through my college me and my friends have applied for GATE stipend; I am a eligible candidate for GATE stipend. My first semester is over. Till today i didn't get even a single rupee from AICTE as GATE stipend. What they are saying is it will take some more time to provide that stipend?.. For me it seems like a cheating. We are the students and we have lot of expenses for our studies, for our project etc. I have planned to do M.E with the hope that GATE stipend will help me to do some technical courses, can manage project expenditures etc. When will they give stipend?... If they are not giving that stipend for our needs and if they give it after i complete my studies, in what way that stipend will help my studies????... I dont know really why this delay.. But it really affect my career improvement.. I request you to take action for this issue.

I had not received my Gate Stipend of 96000 rs for ME IT 2009-10 academic year..
S N Sharma is concerned person for our file no 224 ( Sinhgad College of Engineering,vadgaon(bk),Pune-411041).
I had talked to him several times but no results till date.
Lastly Satya Narayein Sharma demanded 20000 rs as a commission for giving me check.
Can anybody suggest me what should I do.
Is there any law remaining in India...

I am posting this complaint again after 1 year..
Still I had not got problem to my solution..
I had found on my own that my scholarship file no is 224..
Delhi AICTE had not given me scholarship till date..
Can anybody help me how to get process my file no 224 by this delhi guys as soon as possible.
I had got my ME stipend only for 1 year..
Second year stipend is still with our government guys..

I have passed M.M.S. (Master in Management Science) fron Pune University. Pune University decares this course as equivalent to M.B.A. of Pune University. A.I.C.T.E. also declared this course equivalent to M.B.A..However Shivaji University refused to consider this course as equivalent to M.B.A.

A.iI.C.T.E. is the APEX body in management education.Whether any University can refuse to accept decision of A.I.C.T.E.? Whether decision of A.I.C.T.E. is not binding to the University?

Recently you have made it mandatory for all applicants for MBA/MCA to have 50% in bachelors or more.At the same time direct seats are filled at the same requirement.When an applicant gives the entrance and gets in merit how does it matter what he/she got in graduation.Also,if your modernized system does think it makes difference despite clearing entrance to have marks barrier why is it that management seats still have the same criteria of 50% and not more.this seems ridiculous.

There is Dr.Samuel George Engineering College, There is M.Tech Course is there and that course is regular course but the m.tech students are working in some other colleges as Lecturers, and some of the people working in the same college, Please do Enquiry about the college and the Management Collecting the money for Attendance because they did not attend for college, and Copying also done in examination halls and Aicte will take an action on that type of colleges and give good regular studies, One of student of 2009,2010 batch m.tech student is studying in the Dr.Samuel George college and She is Working in Rao & Naidu Engineering College their names are Krishna Chaitanya and Harita both are studying in the college and working in Rao & Naidu Engineering college Please take action on these type of colleges and students and Jntu kankinada University does not take any action on these type of Cases and problems please give good education to Students and Please take action, Aicte will have to Check the details of working and Studying Students. There is no Sufficient Staff in Engineering Colleges In Andhra Pradesh

My self krutarth shah.i am studying in parul institute of engg. & technology (DIPLOMA STUDIES).
i am studing in computer engg. dept.and my enrollment no is[protected].
today my class teacher Mrs komal. take a lecture of programming in c++ on[protected] at 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm.
in the lacture my neighbour student punnished by the teacher. after the lacture the teacher was take the student with her. after 30 minutes i will go in a department staffroom for some work of my friend which is punished by the teacher .

i have a some argent work that i am go in staffroom but my class teacher told me that she will do zero attandance of the full day. then i told her that u cant do that beacause i will attend all the lectures of the day.
then she will told me that i am a class teacher of your class i can do anything.

and she done that .

this types of harrasment given by my class teacher.

kindly request you that please take a serious action on my class teacher.

I was doing ME in IT Department Sinhgad College of Engineering

I am GATE-2008 qualified and based on the same got admission in MTech in CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

I got my GATE scholarship for one year but for second year it is still pending.

Whenever i go and ask to administration, they reply that it is problem with AICTE, They are not replying. We have already sent all documents to AICTE.

I have already done RTI to AICTE regarding the same but have not received any reply.

Vanjari Seethiah Memorial Engineering College affiliated to JNTU and approved by AICTE located at patancheru, medak district. Andhra pradesh..


This college has become very cheap.. in the sense they are robbing money from students indirectly in the form of examination fees...

Actually JNTU has declared Examination fee of Rs.600/Semester. But, this college is taking the more money than the JNTU examination fees..

This college has taking 5% more money on Regular examination Fee and 15% more on supplimentary examination fee..

And JNTU has declared 03.Mar.2011 as a last date for paying examination fee without fine which was said in the[protected]NOTIFICATION FOR B.TECH. EXAMINATIONS-APRIL-MAY-2011...

But this college is taking fine even on the Last Date i.e. college management said that i[censored] pay on the March 3rd 2011 then u have to pay more 100Rs as a fine..

If Students asks about this to college management then they are saying that its new rule of JNTU to take more money..

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR to students....

THIS IS BLACK MARK TO THE JNTU AND AICTE ..

you can verify this by enquiring the students of that college.

Sir, I did my M.tech Biotechnology after my M.Sc. Now AICTE has changed the norms saying for getting faculty position in engineering college, candidates need to have B.Tech and M.Tech not M.Sc, M.Tech. Are these council is stupid to make such nonsense decision and playing with lifes of the candidates. If norms are not there, why the hell they are giving admission to M.Sc people in M.Tech wake up and grown up. before making any decision by sitting in AC rooms, come out and think about students future. Dont u people have mind to think what is right and what is wrong. where we will go in search of job.

I am B.Sumalatha studying II yr M.Tech(S.E) in Mother Theresa institute of Science and Technology, Sathupally,Khammam(District),Andhra Pradesh(State). I got an admission into M.Tech through GATE 2008 in the cademic year 2009 and my GATE % is 90.71.i am the first eligible person in the college to get GATE stiphend.All the nearby colleges in the khammam district has received their stiphend one month back. But our college management is saying that they haven't received any thing. They are forcing us to pay the semester fee. i am totally dependent on stiphend to pay my fees and to carry my project work.
i am in confusion that whether the college is telling lies or AICTE has not sanctioned. please tell me what should i do.
how to know whethet the AICTE has sanctioned or not.if not sanctioned how should i proceed to get stiphend.

I am Studying MCA in S.N.S College of Engineering, Coimbatore, In our College there is no adequate Facilities for the students, There is No effective Exam Cell, also the HOD and Principal is Trying to stop students from Writing Exams by Threatening with Internal Marks, already 30 Students has been stopped from Writing their Semester Exams in our college, the management also supports them in all the activities, We are help less, I have Evidence for Threatening students with their Internal marks (in audio Format), If No one takes action after this, I will go beyond this to the good sake of my friends.

Myself Nisreen Husain is a post graduate student of Infrastructure Planning from CEPT University Ahmedabad. I am GATE qualified student of the yr. 2007. In July 2008 I took admission for PG in CEPT University on the basis of my GATE score and with the assurance of getting the GATE scholarship of Rs. 8000 per month. this year in April 2010 I have completed my course of 2 yrs. Till date I have not received my GATE stipend. when asked to the college authorities, response i got was that they have not received any funds for the scholarship from AICTE hence cannot give to students. On our very insistence, college made a loan arrangement and paid us one year scholarship. But still remaining one year scholarship is pending and now college cannot provide us.
So i kindly request you to please look in the this matter at your earliest as many students dream of post graduation only on the basis of availability of such scholarships. please grant us the money which is rightfully ours.

Sir I have got the admission in this college through GATE via conselling undertaken by Director of technical education Andhra Pradesh state. Bag to state that we still not got our schlorship from AICTE from 2008 till update. Sir i had did lots of call to AICTE but still they are not given any response. so, give me information how should i approach in future so that i receive the schlorship in due time.

i want to bring the information about GATE Stipend to your notice, pertaing to PONDICHERRY ENGINEERING COLLEGE, AICTE has not released GATE Scholarship for[protected]batch till now., as time progresses college also vexed up and not taking any initiatives. kindly resolve this issue as early as possible.

This is to inform that many colleges in Andra pradesh not having sufficient staff according to AICTE norms.Some of the colleges are uploading another colleges staff resumes in AICTE portal for getting approval.AICTE also accepting n giving approval for colleges blindly without checking the colleges that whether they are having staff or not.If AICTE is not taking any action,no student get good education n also there will not be any difference between educated person and uneducated person.

According to new guideline implemented in april 2010, only (Btech +Mtech) qualified person can teach Btech courses. I have done MCA(Regular) +Mtech(Regular) + 3 year teaching experience also. But still i am not even allowed to give interview for that post. All s/w companies take MCA to be equivalent to B.tech. But our education system is not recognising that. Me and hundreds of my friends like me are facing the same problem. there resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere. After this new guideline, colleges are taking Btech + Mtech) people only....we have become unemployed forever. If this guideline is to be followed kindly convey this thing while taking addmission in MCA in all universities so that everybody may come to know about the scope of MCA.
