World Space — Fraud

I had purchased World Space Receiver for Rs 2590.00 from their dealer M/s I Phone Mobile Shoppee, Booth No. 84,Sector:15, Panchkula, vide bill No. 224 dated:[protected].I also purchased one year subscription & paid Rs 1800.00 for it. At that time some renovation work was going on in my house & I asked the dealer whether I can get it installed later on when the house is ready.He told me that the subscription would start from the day it is installed. I called their Chandigarh Office to send somebody to install the system & the sent two guys to install the system.After installing /testing the system they told me that your one year subscription is over & you will have to pay again. I talked to their Chandigarh Office Staff, Branch Manager Mr. Ashish Pujara & their Delhi Office many times from 22nd Oct to 29th Oct but this problem was not solved.
