Investments — Aim is the fraud company

Aim Closed all Tamilnadu Office and AP Office, they have cheated lot of investers, their owner Pramod Raut is giving some bullseat reasons, saying everything will be fine. how and when? i m one of their investors, please do not invest, they are cheaters.

Dear Authority,
I have invested Rs. 1 Lac 60 Thousand towards down payment of Indica Car and was assured Rs. 7000 per month. I had started the investement in Sept 2009.
I received around Rs. 21000 (3 months) in kind of ABN Amro Chq & Cash from Dadar office.
The Accounts dept of AMI Limouzine was on Ram Maruti Road Thane and Eternity Mall Thane but both subsequently closed after 20 Feb.

I was called in Dadar office and was told about the situation that company might close and was advised to file an application to recieve my investment back. Accordingly I had applied in AIM's Dadar Office at 3 Khandke Building, Near Plaza Cinema, Dadar, Mumbai.

I was requested to collect the amount of Rs. 1 Lac 39 Thousand within 45 Days in form of DD and I should enquire after 25 Feb for exact Date. But all the Offices were closed before 25th Feb.

I have all the necessary documentation and acknowledgement of the application to receive my investment back. Please advise course of action and help me recove my money.

have invested Rs. 85000/- and was assured Rs. 6605 per month. I had started the investement in Sept 2009.
I received around Rs.36000 (6 months) in kind of Chq & Cash from Andheri office.
The Accounts dept of AMI Limouzine was subsequently closed after 20 Feb.

I was called at Thane office and was told about the situation that company might close and was advised to file an application to recieve my investment back. Accordingly I had applied in AIM's Thane office.

I was requested to collect the amount of Rs. balance within 45 Days in form of DD and I should enquire after 25 Feb for exact Date. But all the Offices were closed before 25th Feb.

I have all the necessary documentation and acknowledgement of the application to receive my investment back. Please advise course of action and help me recove my money.
