[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Prepaid Sim Card — Mobile Number is not valid for last 5 days | |||
My daughter's Airtel Number [protected] is not working (this number is not valid) for the last 5 days. She gave complaint to NIT Trichy office of Airtel. They asked to go to Trichy city office which IS 25km. away from NIT CAMPUS. sHE WENT THERE WITH ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND NOBODY WAS THERE. The same problem is happening to this number for the third time in 6 weeks. Why this is happening to the same number again and again. If they are giving the complaint via phone why they cannot repair it? Why each time Airtel people are asking for identification documents and taking so many days to repair a damaged sim. Airtel Mobile — Prepaid Sim card destroyed
I am using Airtel Prepaid Mobile. Wich no is [protected]. Suddenely the simcard has destroyed and when I insert the sim on mobile then massage show on mobile " Insert Simcard". I have gone Airtel consumer care office but they told me to purchase a new simcard and talk to me like missbehave.
