i am running post paid mobile no.[protected]. despite repeated requests, your office never issue the receipt for the amount paid to them. i have maqde the payment of the bill for July, 2011, but to my surprise i have been sent a bill for the payments already made by me. kindly instruct your concerned officials to be up dated.
