[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid — IVR activation in english

Dear Customer Care Dept,

My Airtel no.[protected]


Have purchased new airtel connection in May and requested customer care department by dialling 121 to activate the IVR in english as the IVR in my no. is activated in Hindi which i could not understand.They had reverted by saying it it gets activated now.But the same is not done.

Again i went to Aitel Customer care office in Chakala branch- (mumbai) personally on 8th June 09 to register my complaint, but they said that you dial with 888 and make request.But when i did the same in the airtel office i got a reply that it could be activated only thru..121 only.Again i spoke to the executive there to do the changes, then they dialled the same in my no. and got no response and told me that they will mail my complaint to the respective IVR responsible person and ensuring the same got activated within 48 hrs.

But till now my IVR not got changed after several requests.

Request you to lookinto this issue and do the needful.

I had tried changing my ivr language many times buti did not get the option to change even if i call 121.i tried calling customer care executive but tha option t also not available.please help to solved this issue as soon as possible.My Airtel mobile number is [protected]
