Airtel — Deactivate jumaani service.

Dear Sir,

My mobile Number is [protected].

I have been getting messages from 64611010 stating, "thanks for using (Jumaani_wap_sub, subscription) subscription service on Airtel Wap. I am losing 30 rupees a month. Kindly deactivate the above mentioned service for my mobile number.

Airtel — Jumaani_wap_sub

Hi,
I have got two complaints from Airtel:

1. I did not activate the Jumaani_wap_sub service on my mobile number [protected], still it got activated automatically and a sum of Rs 10 is being deducted every week from balance. Plz deactivate it as soon as possible.

2. I daily recieve a service message saying to click on a given link to know todays prediction, even after I had requested "Do not disturb" on my number. Plz stop this daily message, as it is really irritating.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I Mrs. Janki Samir Shah would like to cut the service of my no. [protected] because of inconvineant service of Airtel as the amount of bill is very high. also wrong calls from Airtel people regarding bill payment though we have paid bills regularly.

    They charged anything, we cant see the local call details as well they send us only STD calls details.

    I had called 121 and launched my complaint to withdraw my postpaid service and if possible would like to transfer it in to Prepaidd.
    When i was asked to visit Airtel gallery of Kandivali West - M.G.Road on 12/03/09, the person asked for the ID proof just to withdraw this service and also aske me to pay first the rest amont of Rs. 2410/- and than only i should call 121 and request the same.

    I did all this exersice but no respond from Airtel. at Last my husband called airtel costmer care person - Ms Amudha and Mr Dishant on 13/03/09 and asked about the same they said that they need to talked me personaly.

    also was told for call back from airtel person to confim the same. But no respond.

    I would like to inform you ( AIrtel- Who so even it may concern) that i am not satisfied with the airtel service and would like to cancel the post paid service of airtel for No. [protected].

    Kinldy do needful and do it at your earliest as i am not going to pay anymore amount for the same from Today.

    Airtel Postpaid — Billing, cancellation and very bad and rude service

    I was a postpaid user of Airtel (number - [protected]), and I was using it from last 2 years approx. but from last few months quality airtel service gone so down that i have finally applied for cancellation and stopped using connection as per cancellation teams confirmation but still i get call from different of airtel and they say that account is not cancelled and people are really rude.
    When I say bad service its not network or customer suppport team I am talking abot becoz it was never good but still can be tolerated, my issue is about the forgery which airtel have done. the very first thing is they changed my bill plan without my confirmation which increased my bill and I had corporate connection but when I asked for my plan back they said that I jave changed plan that is what system says and system can not lie which indirecty meant that I was lying. Still I was using the connection somehow.
    On 28 feburary 2009 my due amount was Rs. 3470.00 and i was making an online payment. By mistake I made dual payment as lost the internet connection, first of Rs. 3470.00 and then after few minutes again Rs. 3070.00 I immediately called my bank (Citibank) and informed but citibank said that payment has been done so if it extra then they should not claim or credit it and if they won't it will automatically come back to my account. I called Airtel and they said they wont credit but still it has been. I called Citibank and then Airtel after 3-5 days to check when amount didn't come. Airtel said it has been credited so now they my extra Rs. 3070.00 and they will return it in next 3-5 days. I again waited but nothing happened so I called again and I have been informed this time that this amount can be adjusted in my next bill which I refused as their was very long time to for my new bill to generate so I asked for refund. I have been informed that they will send a cheque which i shuld receive by 16 March 2009. On 16 March when I called again as I didnt received check then Airtel says that they tried contacting and i was not available hence they closed the request and not sending any cheque. After an argument finally they logged a complaint again to send a cheque and promised call back. On 18th March 2009 I called airtel again as I didnt received any call and I said that fine now my bil is going to generate in 5-6 days so as they already passed whole month, they can go ahead and adjust the amount with my bill which they wanted to do. On that day airtel said that the cheque has been dispatched so it can not be adjusted and I will be receiving cheque in 3-4 working days. I waited again and called back when i didnt received cheque. I requested them that I live on rent and I am changing my house on 1 April 2009 so either send me a cheque before that or otherwise adjust the amount. Nothing happened till date. I kept on calling airtel and keep on getting false promises. that it will bve adjusted and finally my bill reached Rs. 4300.00 aprox. I informed airtel that i wont make any payment as my friend are still living at old house and no airtel person or courier visited my old house and amount is also not adjusted so now till the time airtel is not adjusting that amount i will not make payments but I keep on getting collection calls and message atleast 2 everyday and it was very irritating as they were rude and worst part was no one knows what was issue. Everytime when I called or they called me I have had to go through with all the history and everytime they use to give me ticket number but i next time when i call and give that ticket number but there were not able to find anything. Finally in month May 2009 i called airtel and applied for cancellation and spoke to ram and he offered me not to pay anything and transfer the connection to prepaid and gave a rference number to show in airtel outlet but when i went to outlet they refused to do that and when I called back airtell cancellation they said it not possible it was misunderstanding from my side. I will have to first pay Rs. 4300 but my question was why should I as airtel already have Rs. 3070. After an argument finally cancellation said that they will completely cancel my account without any payment. Airtel said that outgoing will be barred in 4 hours and account will be cancelled in 48 hours. After 4 hours outgoing was barred so I took a new reliance connection as I thought that for the first time airtel kept their promise. Now today after nearly 5 days airtel called today for my bill payment. Airtel first called my all contacts and friends and said they are calling from DTDC courier services and took my new reliance number and called my and were thretening me by saying that account will not be cancelled unless and untill i make full payment. I refused to pay any amount and I am not going to pay any single rupee and said that i will go to court and consumer forum but before that i thought i should log this complaint with TRAI to check what happens.

      Airtel is fooling its customers. by dialing the number *124# it displays the whether there is any tariff voucher activated on the number and also its validity but along with the same it also displays dat if a customer recharges its number with the same voucher before its expiry the customer can carry forward the remaining validity. i did the same but i didn't get the remaining validity and when i called up their customer care they started giving me all foolish explanations and none of the its customer care representative were polite and instead they started giving me english lessons and started explaining me the meaning of the same sentence.a company like airtel shudnt be doing something like this... i mean are they only bothered about expanding their customer base or they should also be looking into their problems and try solving it. i hope the number portability system is launched ASAP then only these companies will come to know what to expect from customers whom they have been harassing for quite some time.

      airtel pre-paid — Fooling Customers

      I recently brought a new airtel sim-card for Rs 400 with a year long validity. The retailer told me that with a 31 rs recharge i could get a Rs1 std activated which was not to be in my case. When i called the customer care they say that they could change my plan only after the validity(i.e. one year) gets over and asked me to ask my retailer as to why he didnt let me know before hand which is completely baseless. And adding to that they say that it is not the company's problem as it is the customer's problem to know of all these hassles beforehand.

      Airtel — Fooling of customers

      I am really dissapointed by the service which airtel gives to its customers. I changed my airtel broadband and landline plan on 8th august according to which rs. 100 recharge would be given to a airtel mobile number. Airtel discontinued that plan after a week and since then...no recharge has been given to my mobile number.. i have complained 10-15 times and no solution. every time they issue me a new complaint number and then after 2 days send me a message saying that your complaint has been resolved. THIS IS A VERY CLEVER WAY TO KEEP THE ISSUES HIDDEN IN THE ORGANIZATION AS AIRTEL PROMISES ITS CUSTOMER THEIR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT IN 24 HRS... ND BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THIS ONE....THEY SEND ME A MESSAGE SAYING THAT IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED.. AND ISSUE ME A NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER EVEN AFTER I TELL THEM THE REFERENCE OF OLD COLMPLAINT NUMBERS.... THIS IS FRAUD AND NOTHING ELSE...THIS IS THE MOST UNETHICAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS....i have most of the messages with me and now i want to complaint against the fraud that they do with the customers!!! PLZ HELP ME HOW TO ACCELERATE THIS MATTER.....because i am sure that customer care centres across all companies are using this method to fool the customers and keep a good reputation in their organization...also by this way matter keeps remaining hidden from the senior management as all the complaints are shown as resolved !!!!

      Idea — about validity of tariff voucher

      I have got a message from idea cellular to recharge with Rs 58 you will get your local calls at 60 paise and std at Rs 1 for 90 day but then have expired my tariff after 60 days.so want to sue idea cellular.This is basically a matter fraud with the the consumer by the service provider.

        I WAS MADE ACTIVE ON THIS VAS @ 30PS/50KB WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

        AND WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE SAME OVER SMS VARIOUS CALLS

        AND SMS LATER THEY SEEM TO HAVE DISABLED IT, MEANWHILE MY PREPAID BAL

            Dear All

            This is regards to the complaint agst the Sales representative of Airtel - Names MAX and his contact no is [protected] from appco marketing india p ltd[protected] he came to my recidence for promotional offer on 15-2-09 and offered me the above plan and i took 2 sim connections from him and he offered me 2 gift vouchers of 1. Kodak Digital Camera and 2. Cash back of Rs 5000/- ... but he dint gave me the voucher and said that the same will be send to you...

            and after some days i tried to contact him but his contact no was not valid (some times his cell no is working and his friend picks up the phone and in next minute the number message comes that it is invalid)
            I gave several complaint to Airtel but they were helpless... complaint no 20721352

            I need to know the details of the owner of the above number and address of the sales execitive as he had filled my form viz form no 802682 and 802678 in name of my wife (Vidhya Shah)

              airtel prepaid vas service — regarding vas service deactivation

              as iam using airtel live from many months and today i submit my vas card number from my phone and i used for some time but i dont download any thing and after some time the airtel servicr says that your card is finished whats this non sense going to be hell with me i am not agree with this card the no was [protected] pls help me in any ways

              Airtel- prepaid mobile connection — VAS Pack-request for deactivation

              I had put in a request for deactivation of the VAS pack in the last week of July 2008, vide reference no [protected]. However, I have neither been able to contact your customer care officer on 121, nor have I received any sms regarding reactivation of the services. Moreover, the subscription for the VAS Pack has not been done on my request either. The customer care of Airtel, I am sorry to say, is PATHETIC. Hope that you deactivate the VAS Pack urgently, if not already done so, and also credit the amount deducted from my account.
              i subscribed for the VAS service a long time back .. But now i dont find any use of it so i wanted to deactivate the service .. I called customer care twice for the same but it has been two months and my VAs service has not been deactivated ... kindly someone help me out ...

              SIRS, Rs 3 per day is deducted from my prepaid a/c to my mobile no [protected] from yesterday midnight towards vas, which i have ever asked for . To stop the message I had sent STOP to 121 for which I got the reply there is no active services to my mobile number . but to my surprise again this afternoon ( 14/6/09) Rs 3 was deducted Please ensure that no more deductions will be made to my number . Please take immediate action.
              I am a prepaid AirTel subscriber 0f Guwahati, Assam.The No. is [protected]. After I was fleeced of Rs 15/- on the ground that "I had downloaded animation" from Airtel Live WAP services which was not a fact., I sent STOP AIRTEL LIVE to 121 on 13.6.09. I Received a Msg from CUSTOMER CARE at 21:52;29 on 13.6.09 acknowledging receipt of my request and adding that the Services will be deactivated within 48 hours..There is no confirmation yet after 72 hours.I sent the request again, and got the same msg that the service will be deactivated within 48 hours.Everytime you make the request, they
              come out with the msg of deactivation withi9n 48 hrs.I have become sick and tired with the service being rendered in Guwahati by Air Tel Customer Care. Is there any responsible person whom I can talk to, because by dialing 121 you have to listen to instructions on IVR, --a one -way traffic that gets you nowhere..

              i agree...guwahati's customer care is hell! itz supposed to be a helpline, only one gets no 'help' from it! i have been having these stupid and extremely annonying balance deduction for months now..n everytime i call d customer care, they either hang up midway...or they give you some absolutely not-helpful, frustrating crap! to get connected to an executive takes like forever...and even if you are lucky enough to get through, the executives hang up midway!! these deductions are giving me serious headaches now!!!
              i dont know if anyone actually reads these complaints...but still, am going to put forward an earnest request. airtel's customer care service is degrading day by day. the worst possible service, sure as hell, is provided by the lazy, flirty and incorrigible executives in guwahati. me and all the airtel users back in guwahati would be extremely obliged if someone could chuck them out and appoint a few with atleast the average grey matter...and some useful solutions to our problems!
              and yes, we would also be extremely grateful if airtel can stop sucking our blood by cheating us outta our money!

              I got to agree with what most of the complainers have expressed here. The customer care executives of AirTel Guwahati are the worst, ill-mannered and irresponsible reps I've ever come across.

              Here in Guwahati your balance gets deducted for no reason at all if you are using AirTel service. They'll send you e-mails asking if you want to deactivate, do this and do that for something which you'd never activated in the first place.

              Adding salt to the injury is that when I called up their customer reps to ask why certain amounts of money were being deducted from my balance for a sevice which I've not availed, they had the audacity to tell me to use my mobile in a responsible way ... meaning, I don't know how to use a mobile phone and somehow I must have activated it on my own!!!

              But as a mater of fact, at least I've used a mobile since the day they were charging money for incoming calls!!!

              My request to speak to one of their supervisors were responded with a 'thud' on the other side... and the line went dead.

              Hope someone responsible from the Company would take up necessary steps to weed-out these useless, good for nothing unhelpfuls.

              Airtel Prepaid — VAS not get stopped

              my mobiles no. [protected] when ever i recharged 10 to 15 Rs.is debited i had escalated this to customer care for several times got answers & this service will be wil get discontinued in 24 hrs & 4 hrs, but still it does not get resolved. pls cancel the VAS SMS / services from my no. i had sent STOP to 121 also, but still not yet resolved.
              i am not getting airtel live setting on my nokia 3210 classic mobile. my mobile no is [protected]

              Airtel — Airtel fleecing their prepaid customers

              Airtel is now fleecing customers big time to keep its profit and loss account healthy. What they do is they start certain services on their own in any ones mobile. Or they create a loop through messages
              so that the services is switched on . And they will start the service deducting the amount from the prepaid users account. I have heard this from almost all the users of Airtel. The prominent service in this list is missed call alert service .

              And the biggest catch in such service is that once they start , they will keep on deducting service charge until u have time to speak to their lousy customer care which is again chargeable and tell them to stop the service. The service unsubscription number that they provide never works either. And even if one does that he has already lost the one time subscription amount
              they've done that in my case as well. They started cricket updates for me..

              I am facing the problem of automatic balance deduction from my airtel prepaid connection - [protected].

              For the past one month my account has been deducted with Rs 1/day for jokes automatically. i had not sent any message to activate this package nor did i call any number. i am at a loss to understand how the service has been activated unilaterally. i tried to unsubscribe to the service but did not succeed. i do not wish to receive these jokes and i dont know how this pack is getting activated kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. my mobile no is [protected]

                Sir,

                I have registered my number [protected] for DNDC on 24th October 2008. Reference number is
                W[protected]. Inspite of registering in DNDC, I am still getting promotional calls from airtel. I have complained to airtel many number of times, but the complaints fall in deaf ear. Airtel says that they will take necessary action, but nothing has happened till now. They dont even register the compalint. When I call Airtel for the second time to follow up with the complaint, I find that the complaint is not even registered in the first place. I am extremely frustrated becasuse of this promotional call. Sometimes, I get calls in the middle of the night. I get call from this particular number[protected] most of the time.

                Please take necessary action to avoid such things in future. I hope some action will be taken on this issue.

                  We took Airtel Internet Dongal NUMBER [protected], we submited all document as per their requirements, but it works only for 4-5 days, now they are saying document is not perfect. That Guy Name is SHIVAM, AIRTEL GALARY, LOWER PAREL. I fade with this guy, he did same thing last time when we buyed Airtel Dongal, he took 3 months to activate the connection. I request, if any one Senior from Airtel can help for this GUY. This GUY never answer my company calls.

                    i have taken two postpaid connections from Airtel my no is [protected] after working 10 cays they have been blocked when i phoned the airtel customer service they are saying that postpaid connections which were given are to the area has now no postpaid connection area and they are asking me convert to prepaid connections . if it was out of coverage area then why they have activated the sims first of all and secondly no one as come for the address verification.

                      My name is Puneet no. is [protected] as I am having this no. for last 2 years. The call charges for this no. was 50 paise local & 1.50 Paise for STD from last two years, But suddenly on 3rd march 2009 they stared charging me 1 Rupee for local without any information, when I have called on there customer care center they told me it happen due to your plan has been changed in normal plan, when I told him with out any intimation how they changed my plan and speak there management, they told me it is happen due to some technical problem it will be resolve with in 24 hours, After passing 48 hours I am not getting any response from there side. The customer care’s person cut my call after saying waiting for few minutes I will transfer your call to management.

                          I cancelled my airtel hyderabad connection on 2008 november and because of some reasons it didnt get cancalled, and i noticed it by jan 2009. By that time i got bills even though i was not using the number. I contiuesly contacted them and got a assurance for nodal officer andhra that i will be getting my money back with in 35 working days. After 32 working days as i didnt recieve any cheque from airtel i send a reminder mail to airtel saying the above status. The reply i got was like i will be recieving the cheque on very next day.                             I am using airtel connection (Mob. : [protected]) for last 2 years. This connection is a corporate connection (HCL). In the plan, Airtel provides 500 min. free on CUG calls. I never checked that i am getting CUG calls for free or not. But I took one more corporate number with the same plan. Then I realise that they are charging for CUG calls also. then I made number of written complaints in airtel but they are giving me number of reasons and told me that you contact your company represantative for the same, We cannot do anything for the same. I called number of times to company representative, but he never picked the mobile.
                            So I was helpless. I asked them to disconnect my both the numbers. But they disconnected my new number (Mob Number: [protected]) and not disconnecting my old number (Mob: [protected]). I took advanced rental (Rs 699/- for 1 years) plan. I just use my new number for one month. They are asking to pay full advance rental. My old mobile number’s advance rental is also expired on 10th March, They renewed the plan, but they are not disconnecting my connection.

                            Please help me to resolve my problem. Either they should not charge for CUG calls and adjust my last bills CUG call charges also on the both connections or Please disconnect my both number and charge me only monthly rent not advanced rental.

                              Even though the Airtel customer care executives a re excellently trained and well behaved, there was this guy in the Tech support dealing with 'Nokia handset GPRS'. He was so rude at times when I failed to comprehend his thoughts and queries he went to the near level of insulting and degrading me as an individual.

                              Some tings hust as a "mamooli" Tech Support guy talking to me as software enguneer. I have given up the sim; it was an Airtel Pre-paid service.

                              My request is that I want an Email apology from Airtel or else I shall start a signature campaign against the tech support guys who have not harassed just me but many whom I know.

                              i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.20/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.20/-.Enjoy http.//igmobi.com.
                              I have many time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far.
                              please deactivate by today, thanks.

                              i'm a holder of airtel moile no [protected] connection. i got call from your customer care center shilllong...around 13:19pm, date[protected]... the person who called me is a lady and her name according to her name is Ms. Parboli.

                              I guess airtel customre should have little manner how to talk with the customer...the tone the way to coney the message is totally wrong...i know you all hv recorder when some one speak to a customer you should replay it and listen the way she speak.
                              My SIM card is damage n I had applied fr a new SIM card no.[protected] but it has been almost 1 week since I received the new sim but the problem is that the new sim is not activate till date.
                              sir I have pruchaces one prepaid airtel sim card from 2days ago dut till now is not working. my sim no ([protected]) please fix it as soon as possible

                                Hello,

                                Since the past 6 months there has been irritating irresponsible and discrepancy in sending the post paid bills at home. The customer care executives are excellently trained and every time are able to persuade to believe that the bills will be delivered next month definitely and many times simply blaming the delivery boys. This month the company has gone one step ahead yet hasn't sent the bills. Every time a call is made to the help center they send a message delaying the last date of payment and above all they have started a new campaign to stop paper bills!

                                Please help the bills nedd to be delivered. My region of Airtel Post paid is Shillong [Meghalaya]

                                Airtel Post Paid — Non Receiving of Paper bill on my Door

                                for the last two Months i Wont Received my bill at my my Door it will delivered any where else. Complained for to five times in a month but wont get any result only received assurance in word "the bill will be Recived to you within Five Days" the sixth days wont be came yet. Mob No. [protected].

                                Airtel — Non supply of post paid bills

                                Airtel, Kolkata on their own started non-delivery of post paid bills from last month without my consent. If this is the state of affairs I will decide soon to deactivate my services provided to me by Airtel. No. [protected]

                                  this is ganesh prabakar mobile connection no [protected], residing at chennai, using this number with moble since one and half years. Emplyoees who are working in airtel postpaid division contacted for one week and asked me to get postpaid connection. i said them that i am using airte-samsung combo back GID-A sim so that it is not possible to change new sim but he told me there is no problem as you are going to use airtel sim. so i belived that there was no probem. they got my id proof and photo also. Next day i phoned to that particular person regarding the activation he told me that the postpaid connection has been activated. but by using the new sim given by the airtel employee, i can not use my mobile also because the existing sim (gid-a sim which i got one and half years back ) barred and the moble will work with gid-a sim only

                                  i communicated to customer care they told me there is no problem wiht us. i approached airtel showroom tambarm they told me that we cannot do anything.
                                  i phoned to airtel person who gave me this connection told me that i will try my level best

                                    I am not receiving the post paid bill on time from two three months. Since i have reimbursement for the bill from company, the bill has to be submitted to our accounts before 10th of every month.
                                    My bill date is on 26th of every month but i still never receive the bill before 10th of next month.
                                    I agree that previous months delay was because o[censored]p gradation of soft ware, and the bill was sent on 16/02/09.I had to pay from my pocket for that month.
                                    The current month i had called n number of times to customer care, registered complains three times, spoke to the manager twice, but in vain still not received the bill. I made it clear to Airtel that in case if i don’t get the bill by 10/03/09 i will not be making any payment for current month.
                                    I am really frustrated with Airtel, one of the poorest, class -3 services from airtel.I can't change the network since this is a corporate connection.
                                    When they penalize if we pay the bill late, why can’t we?

                                    And the most important thing is that the bill is sent through E-mail.
                                    E-mail doesn't make sence here, than imagine a hard copy!!!

                                    At least the others be aware about the services from airtel.

                                      One Cutomer Care office called on my cell from Mobile No. [protected] saying she is priti working for Airtel. She explained some scheme and asked me to provide some documents for my identity.

                                      As per out telecon, one thief named Ravi visited my place and cheated me for Rs. 580/-. he has taken cash from me and the talk time is not even added nor they are traceble. the mobile phone he has given is [protected]. he has given a cutomer copy with airtel logo on it.

                                      I wonder how such reputed company is unaware of the fact that such people are cheating their valuable customers. If this is the thing i would not continue my service with teh said service provider.

                                      Are boss they duped you for an amount of 580/- only but I've beed duped by 10600/-.

                                      On 1st of Dec 2009 I recieved a call from your executive named as Pooja([protected]). She informed me that your number has been selected for a perticular offer. 55 rps/ month rental, airtel to airtel 10 paisa, airtel to any other/to landline 20 paisa, std 50 paisa, local sms 10 paisa & national sms 50 paisa. This offer will be given to me on my current number for amount of 599 rps, 99 rps will be activation charge and 500 rps will be credited in my account which will be refundable.
                                      Another thing is that if I pay 500 rps more then I will get 500 mins & 500 sms free every month and again 500 rps will be refundable. I can even convert sms into mins(fo example 800 mins & 200 sms).
                                      Finally I can take five more connections with the same scheme for my family too. Calls between these numbers will be absolutely free.

                                      I chose to activate this offer on my number and also to take a new connection for my wife. For that I have to pay 2200 rps to your executive. On 2nd of Dec 2009 one executive came to Andheri seepz to recieve 2200 rps and to fill the form of airtel. He asked me that did pooja mam informed you about handsets? I told him that Pooja didn't told me anything about it. Then I called Pooja on [protected] and asked about it and she informed me that I can get Nokia handsets at very reasonable rates. Nokia 5800 Xpress music for an amount of 4200 rps only. For which I have to pay now in cash. I asked her that is this a joke? She told me no I am project manager here in parel airtel office and working here from past 2 and half years. We are giving this offers to few selected numbers and this offer will closed by 3rd of Dec 2009.

                                      I thought ok...Let me have 2 Nokia 5800 Xpress music handsets. One for me and another for my wife. The total was 10600 rps. I asked her I would like to pay it by cheque or e-payment rather then giving it in cash. She told me that no sir you have to pay now in cash you will get your delivery in the eveniing by 7.30 pm at your seepz gate no 3.

                                      I paid the amount to your airtel executive boy and filled the form. He showed me airtel's id. I said ok no probelm.

                                      Now I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I have registered this complaint to airtel customer care. Reference number is 29736295.

                                      Today I went to the Airtel's Malad office and they said they can't do anything. I've to file an FIR first.

                                      Airtel has holes in their pockets and they does not realizing it.

                                        Sir, Iam, Amit Roy, P.O.-BUDBUD, Dt.-BURDWAN, Pin.-713403. I have a Airtel prepaid connection,
                                        No.-[protected].There comes enormous push massages and a few are so prepared that can be activated
                                        without the consent of the customer.As and when the balance money reduces suddenly, only then I know
                                        the plunder.For numberless time I have wanted help customer-care, but undone. They had never helped me anyway.I have also requested, please stop further deduction, I donot want refund too.. But fromRs75
                                        balance, allmost all are cut dwan to Rs3. In my area most Airtel customer are facing the same problem.
                                        In the last 4 months Ihave not used the sim less than 15 days. Iwant a proper enquiry and revival of
                                        responsibility and reputation.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        My name is SUB SATYA PAL YADAV. I am residing in 10-A. R.K Puram, Khatipura Jaipur, Rajasthan and I have an Airtel prepaid number ([protected]). I have received a call from Airtel No [protected] on 31st Dec 2009 at 12:33 hr. When I pick my phone to listen the call a person was rudely talking with me and in the challenging manner told me that “your sixty rupees cut for hello tunes” where as I told him that I don’t want any type of hello tunes or song. When I ask him “from where are you speaking” he told me that, he is from Airtel. And cut the call quickly and switch off them.

                                        Then I have call to customer care Airtel but it was busy after several times repetition at around 16:09 hrs on 31st Dec 2009 I success to talk with customer care on the above matter and lodge a complaint against the above number because it is related to Airtel. The person who is sitting on the board also talk roughly and give me the wrong information regarding above Airtel number and tell me that the number is not of Airtel.

                                        I again call to Airtel customer care several times and at last at 16:39 hr I talk with a person who is on board and tell him my problem he then told me that above number is of Airtel and the previous information was wrong. I than told him who is this person or company. He told me that it is not a company it is a personal number from Rajasthan. I told him that my complaint will be lodge and give me their number. Then he say that your money was not detected from your account so don’t worry and didn’t lodge my complaint.

                                        As soon as my call was ended to the customer care I received a message (SMS) from 543211 that “You have been charged rupees 30 for 30 Days for subscribe the hello tunes”. In fact I was not subscribe any hello tunes. I again try to contact with customer care, Airtel but they have barred my number. After that I could not contact with customer care or the higher authorities of Airtel.

                                        My name is Devendra M. Valanj and my Airtel no is [protected]. Previously
                                        I was using 199 Plan. Last month I have changed my plan 199 to DAP 400 plan and I bought new Addon number [protected]. As per conversation with you, one of customer executive from Kandivali gallery, He told me “Inter calling free between these two numbers” and I also received welcome call from Airtel and he also said “Inter calling free between two numbers”. I also confirmed by calling 121.

                                        I checked my bill on 7th of Jan 2010. It was around Rs.1098. I checked my itemize bill. I found that there was a wrong charge related to CUG number. My bill number[protected].
                                        I was charged Rs. 457.50 for CUG no ([protected]) and I got discount of Rs. 155. I don’t thinks so, I required discount on this number because this is CUG and Unlimited free inter calling between this two numbers.

                                        I visited to Airtel gallery (Kandivali). Your customer care executives also agree with me. He guide me all billing issue handle by Back office. So I registered complaint on 12th Jan 2010 (Request no:[protected]. I received SMS on 13th Jan at 3 pm. (Your service request has been resolved. As we are unable to contact you, please call us back to 121)
                                        By the way that day I didn’t received any call or miss call from any unknown number. I am working in Mind space area (Malad west). My cell phone is with me for 24 hours. I hadn’t any network issue in this area from last 6 months then How can your employees unable to contact me……..?
                                        Its means either I was lying or might be error from your side. Once again I visited to same gallery on same day. Spoke to CSE (Shrinath from Kandivali gallery). He told “the charge was correct as per back hand team”. He called to back hand team and spoke with them in front of me. They told me If I called from primary no[protected] to secondary no ([protected]) company will charge me as per normal plan. If I called from secondary no ([protected]) to primary no ([protected]) I will not be charge for call. Still I confuse what is meaning of inter calling free between two numbers……….
                                        As per reply from back hand team they told me “If I called to any number including CUG number (Local Calls) that local call minutes subtracted from my first 800 free local minutes. In case if I called to CUG number and I spoke for a 2 hours that minutes also subtracted from my free local minutes. What uses of free inter calling...?
                                        Then after I visited to Borivali Gallery on 15th Jan 2010 and one again registered complaint on same issue (Service request no[protected]. I was wait till 22nd Jan. I didn’t receive any call or SMS from Airtel, So once again visited to Borivali Airtel gallery on 23rd Jan. Again same reply bill charges were correct.
                                        I called so many time on nodal officer number [protected] and Appellate [protected] but ever time this numbers were busy. If you want any clarification call me any time on [protected] and [protected] after 3.00 pm. I am waiting for you reply. Who is responsible for lat payment of bill….?
