[Resolved]  Aj Interlinks Pvt Ltd, Chennai — Abusive Language/Threat

I am a fool who joined the aj interlink Bangalore and now i am suffering. They promissed me that whatever the money i payed by creditcard that will be converted to 24 emi, but finally they make that as 12 months and now they are not taking any phone call. Also they told that the emi will be started from third months, but the emi stared from this month. I am now in a big trouble and they are not responding. Please never ever join this kind of club...

I too have the same scenario today. A lady phoned me from A.J. Interlinks, Jayangar, Bangalore, to inform that I have been selected in the lucky draw for having visited shopping malls. I remember, I filled a contact form long ago when I visited one of the shopping malls in Bangalore. She invited me to attend their prize distribution programme in the evening on the same day, with either my wife or relatives. She kept phoning me repeatedly.

Ought to curiosity, I refered to Google for information. I clicked the first link popped up by Google, only to find a bunch of complaints about A.J. So, I decided tell them on face about what they are doing.

I thank ConsumerComplaints.com for saving me this evening.

Even i got call just now to collect the gift voucher tomorrow 2.30PM.I wondered why people give such big gifts and checked in net abt A J InterLinks and i found this discussion Chain.

Thanks for the info guys!. I also got a call yesterday - March 24, 2010 and I asked a few questions and the answers were very dicy and vague. I became very suspicious when he was insisiting that myself and my wife should come personally to collect the gift. Also the guy on the phone was saying that we should spend 45 minutes and listen to their presenatation!!!

I got a call and was asked to attend on the same day, which I did, along with my wife. It was after going there that I came back and visited this site. I patiently let them complete their sales pitch. They were courteous but really irritating asking stupid questions in an attempt to look charming and helpful. In the end I said ‘NO’ and that I shall contact them back if required. They said their offer was only for today and whether I can make a down payment now. I said a flat NO and that if I am gonna miss this ‘today only’ offer, so be it. They said they would courier the free gift home and gave me a holiday package for 3 days at their own resort location, for which a maintenance fee of about 3k needs to be paid within a month. It was a total waste of time. What angers me is that when I was told that I have to attend a presentation I asked them whether this is regarding a some holiday time share thingy, to which they said NO. That’s pure fraud!
I urge ALL of you to not become members and plan your holidays one at a time, by yourself, with total flexilibility, as these days you can do everything online. Their annual maintenance and one time membership is all nonsense. Put your money in some mutual fund and when it matures after three years take it and go for a holiday abroad!

I became a member & got cheated. i paid 50, 000, and now when i ask for holiday reservation, i got no response from them. I asked for refund, they say it can only be refunded after 2 years.

Their customer support is the worst, they cant even speak proper english. They tell that they dont have info, so they shld ask manager, when asked to connect the call to manager, they say manager is not available.
Even after calling 100 times, there is no proper response.

Need to do something about this ppl.. Alone cant do much, as they are just careless. we need to make up a gang of people & raise complaints against this company in court.

All the experiences that had been mentioned about the aj interlinks is true. I also had a similar experience of this kind. I don't know why these kind of fraud companies exist. They should be thrown in the jail. These kind of fraud companies exist in main cities like chennai as lots of people might fall as victims easily.

Anybody can you help me in filing a case against this fraud company.

Absolutely right. Aj Interlinks is a number 1 fraud orgn. They have employed all the criminals to interact with the customers. I think the above mails serve as enough evidence of the law to take action against this fraud orgn.

We have also been to AJ INTERLINKS PVT LIMITED resorts in Mussoorie and Binsar. This is our third holiday. I travel abroad very frequently and this is one of the best spots in the world. AJ INTERLINKS PVT LIMITED resorts have world class quality.We have come here for this New Year celebration and have enjoyed holidaying here in every manner. The food is very good and the holiday activities keep my family busy and entertained. Our experience at Mussorie and Binsar were also very thrilling and satisfying. Mr.nchandu seems to be the correspondent appointed by this AJ link so by means of which they are trying to neutralize the complaints in this consumer complaint forum.i am surprised (even every one will) that how AJ is giving special treatment to only nchandu ????
nchandu this is for your information AJ interlink doesnt have their own resort that ur claiming that ur enjoyed so who will believe in ur rest of feedback, one more thing looks contradictory in ur feedback u said u became member recently and in second feedback u stated that u njoyed new year through this ur favourate company aj link in my knowledge new years comes at 31 Dec. exactly 6 months back means this is not recent activity this is very much clear that u r the one from Aj link who is trying bias the ppls here.
writing the positive feedback will not change the truth, peoples who will look into this forum will definitely understand this.guys we should dump this fraud and deceptive advertising shop ASAP.

hi i had call today saying that got selected, gift and holiday package. everything is absoluty free. though i said i am not married, told me to come with boyfriend. but before i start went through all these compliants. thank God i am safe. why actions are not taking against them by lost people?

I recovered my money after strict follow up. I literally have to behave like a rowdy to recover that. It took almost 6 months to recover the same. Spending couple of weekend following them. I only paid 12000 that may be another reason for them to return the money.The money I gave was given by credit card in six EMI's.
Go when they are luring other people specially on saturday and sunday evening. Make a havoc shout on them, They will promise return of money in 1 month or so keep patience take ur time and follow strictly you will get it back.

I'm sorry to have fallen in their so called "lucky customer". A lady from AJ interlink, chennai rang me and checked with me if i had filled any forms in any of the shopping malls some two months back. I remember I filled a couple of forms at citi center and big bazaar. She informed me that i have won two gift vouchers, one is some crap kitchenware, another a holiday pack. The min she told me abt the gift voucher i got very suspicious and stopped showing interest. She also asked me to come in the evening to collect the gift vouchers at their office and she told me that the voucher is free of cost. I asked her if this is some kind of promotional event or stuff like dat, for that she replied me its not on that line.

She also asked me to bring ma GF. I totally got freaked out and asked her why i need to bring my GF when i individually won the so called gift vouchers. For that she responded that the holiday gift vouchers will be released only when couples signs it. I dont find a logic behind this... rather i dont want to derive anything for this scam. She suggested me to send some of my relatives who are couples, just in case if i am not able to make it. She also gave me their office address, which i wrote it on air and she said she'll remind me some two hours before the event.

Like the rest here, i too googled. After reading all the reviews, which says exactly what i was thinking, here i am writing about this scam.

I Got a call today saying that i had got this gift voucher and tour package From a lucky draw at INOX, City Centre, Chennai. The asked me to come along with my Fiance, aftr 2 dayz to collect my prize.. DamN .. I gt rather excited for 5 mins;) .. BuT Thank GoD i Thought i wud Check out The net first :D
