I am a customer of Indane with a consumer no 5695 and have been registered with Ajitha Gas Agency, no. 21, North Thirumalai Nagar, I.C.F. Link road, Villivakkam Chennai 600 049. The cylinder booked under reference no. 411009 and said to have been delivered to me against cash memo no. 3602 on[protected] has not been delivered to me by the delivery man . This. Is for the second time such lapse has occurred . May I request the Indane authority to take appropriate action against such irregularities and ensure the delivery of cylinder booked under reference no 411009 to me immediately.
