[Resolved]  Ajitha Gas Agency, Villivakkam — No proper supply of refill cylinders...

The Agency supplies our registred gas cylinders to local tea shops and rebook the gas again for us. This delays the exact time of delivery for us. They do not pick up phone calls and have the receivers off the phone. I directly went to the shop and found that the receivers were kept away. The staff did not even listen to what we had to say.
Respective department pls take the necessary action...

Worst Service that can be provided by anyone in the world. I am their customer for past 13 years and almost for past 2 years they are worse. The ladies who sit in the front office i am not sure who employed them. They just talk talk and nothing else and never ever has their phone been available. its either not working or busy.

They have not respect for people who come over there. NO respect for age or what so ever. I have seen even pregnant ladies been yelled at and that too those girls are not more than 20 - 22 years old and they don't realize that its from our money that they are being paid.

Their Phones don't work and even if it works they don't pickup. You will be really luck if you got through their number.

Their owner doesn't seem to care. it took 50 days for one cylinder to be delivered. I have to thank them though because of them not working, We started using other method of cooking and now consume less of gas. Indane should employ more people like them so that one day every one will stop using Gas and move to other methods

AJITHA GAS AGENCIES — Cylinders not supplying properly

I had paid the amount on Dec 2011 for second cylinder till now i do not get any cylinder even they are not refilling the cylinder until they will give the second cylinder.I cannot understand their telling reasons.Please solve this problem.

We are unable to get the cylinder without followup( at least 2 to 3 times chasing is required). Through on line booking, after getting the SMS regarding the bill generated, another SMS is coming stating that the booking is cancelled. after strong quarrelling with the agency, they are sending the cylinder. every day the operators in the agency are getting cursed by the customers. Whenever we go to the agent's office, we can see minimum of two customers are quarrelling with the agent. When will these sort of problems resolved?
