Dear sir,
I would like to inform to you that I sent a courier which included 'rakhi' on 18.08.2010 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days according to him. When I inquired the destination where the courier has to be delivered then I came to know that it has not reached over there till 24.08.2010. He took an extra charge for performing the task in 2 days but when I asked him the reason for delay then he misbehaved me accompanied with filthy abuses. I want to claim the guy for this happening. I and my entire family was deeply hurt because the festival which comes annually went in vain. Instead of apologizing he pounced upon me with filthy abuses. I want you to take some severe action against him.

He said he will not deliver the consignment as entry to army area mandates wearing helmet. Forget the job and responsibility and sensibility but he does not care about the safety as well. what does he think of himself ? Khatron kakhiladi ?
