They r not delivered the parcel on-time and they r misbehaving also. When we call them they never pick up the call. But when we called them again and again they said that the r not delivering the parcel. They said come and get the parcel from the office. When we insist them they said that they will think about the parcel to delivered. We told him that the parcel would be damaged so they said they will think about delivering the parcel within...

20.12.18 ko srinagar office me mera courier pahuch gya hai lekin aaj 26.12.18 tak bhi delivery nhi hui hai
Call krne pe bolte hai abhi hum busy hai aadhe ghante me call krna
Aur upper se jhut bol the hai ki humne aapko call kiya tha aapka phone band aa rha hai
Balki mera phone band kabhi tha hi nhi
Agar hota bhi to bad me msg aata ki aapko is num se call aayi thi

Consignment number 72674837 was not delivered because Kiran from Pune office said entry to army area mandates wearing a helmet and it takes a lot of time, so he would not deliver.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform to you that I sent a courier which included 'rakhi' on 18.08.2010 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days according to him. When I inquired the destination where the courier has to be delivered then I came to know that it has not reached over there till 24.08.2010. He took an extra charge for performing the task in 2 days but when I asked him the reason for delay then he misbehaved...
