After my personal visit to their office they send the person to collect the instruments Last month.This month again i visited and contacted Mr.Ritesh Garg (mob no.[protected]) asking for Refundable Security Desposit but started giving excuses that they have not received any such initmation from Mtnl.

AKSH OPTIFIBER LTD - IPTV-MTNL — Non refund of security deposit-Rs 999
I had disconnected my MTNL- IPTV connection on 13th Sept, 2008 ( MTNL cancellation no.- 1170 ) because of its poor service and also returned the Setup box to the executive of Aksh Optifiber Ltd on 20th Nov, 2008 vide receipt no- 7134 and inspite of various reminders by phone & letters, no body is listioning my request of refund of security deposit of Rs 999/- which is very disappointing to me.
