Some days back, Mr. Paraswar (Builder) has now installed Second Hand Stabilizer. After the 2nd Hand Stabilizer, Lift was Breakdown again 2-3 times.
We request you to take any suitable action & ask the builder to replace the existing lift.

We would inform you that there was problem of voltage at balaji green A, B, C, D, Wing.
After a huge follow up the stabilizer arranged by the builder.Then the lift prioblems are totally sort oout, now lift is working on ok condition, and not a single breakdown of ABCD wing.
Custermer are satisfied against the servive.

Alfa elevators persons not even take seriousness of complaints.
There was a lift problem in our society and being repeatdly called to the Alfa elevators no person was sent by Alfa elevators.
There are old age persons, persons who are recomended by doctor to use stairs and also pregnant ladies. The unworking lift was causing lot of problems to all the persons. Society members called the Alfa lift company repeatdly but still the lift was not repaired 3-4 days.
I suppose this is really depressing Alfa elevators customers and making down there image in market.

I am one of your frustrated consumer. It shocked me first hand that builders could actually offer to their consumers such a kind of lifts.
1. Lifts that operates with truck engine making noise whole day and night‚ so that people can not even sleep properly.
2.Lifts that needs a break of 2 days after every 5 days of work. ( effect of IT industry may be)
3. And above all alfa service person takes 2 days to reach the site within PCMC and leave the site without addressing the problem completely.

I am staying in Anupam Arcade, Katraj, Pune-411046. Since last 6 yrs, I having bad experience with Alfa Elevator lift. Every week we are facing Maintenance issues. Due to AMC with our Builder, Alfa is not fix up the issue in single visit.
If there was a way to give these people negative rating, I would have given that. We have lift from Alfa Elevators and as many indicated in these complains its really poor quality. We have to call these people almost every week or once in 15 days.
Their resolution for many critical issues is extremely substandard. They have these cotton ropes for their lift doors which keep breaking regularly. Many times they come and tie knots to these ropes and go away. The door breaks down next day. We had incidents in our apartment where kids of age 8 / 10 were stuck in the lift and these people were not picking up phone.
We have AMC with them and worst part is many times they dont pick up phone. I generally call Sandeep Shisode. He picks up phone on week days but on week ends, he doesn't. He says he is sending technician who never arrives in time. I need to call at least three to four times.
When the AMC is due for renewal or after renewal, their response is ok but after that they really suck ...

Alfa elevators is installed in our building by the builder..
Cheap quality, people gets stuck often..
Many times complaint were raised but of no use..
Seems the company is waiting for big mishap to take place..

We have alfa lift and we facing lot of problem. This company is ### company.
confermed that the alfa lift is very good brand in maharashtra, and lift is lx model in which V3F Drive are not install, it means lift is stop on each floor with difference of 2 or 3 inches, and due to the lack of constant power supply 410 volt (+- 10 volts fluctuion is applicable) at actual supply is in day 440 volt & eveninig is 355 volt due to which lift is going in to reset mode, now we are installing servo stabillizer for A Wing on trail basis and result is shown, so we are gion to install servo stabillizer for all four lifts for smooth working,
