Alloyed Infomedia — Home business material not sent

In response to their SMS, offering home business info, I followed up with a phone call and sent them a DD for Rs.600. However, they are not sending the material for home business as promised. Each time I phone, they say material is in short supply and shall send by the week end. But that never happens.
