Alloyed Infomedia — Non receipt of material

Had read the alloyed Infomedia advertisement regarding some mail order work and according to them send them a DD of Rs 600 to them on which they told that they would be sending a a business kit, which would explain the work i need to do from home which will help me earn some money ,but after 2 months i have not received anything from them ,they even promised to give the money back in their advertisement.but that have also not received.
for every call they have the same answer that they have not received the materials which is needed to be send to people,fed up of calling them ...
Any help...??????
