I have Purchased 15 numbers of Alpic Festive Bonds ( Bond No - DM100110 dated 08/05/2000 ) of Face Value Rs.1000/- ( Distinctive Numbers are[protected] to[protected]. The date of maturity of bonds is 31/03/2001. I have surrendered the bond on 19/03/2001. Till date I have not received the amount. I have received a letter dated 24/05/2013 from Deputy Afficial Liquidator, High court, Mumbai, stating that " You are hereby inform that your claim against the above named company in liquidation has been allowed for sum of Rs. 19, 562/- as secured creditor of company in liquidation against your claim for Rs. 15, 000/- ( Claim No - 3878 ). I have send all the concerned copies TO Office of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai and It has been received on 19/02/2013. After receipt of this letter I contacted so many times by Phone, but i am receiving response that the amount will be send shortly. Now I am getting contact also. Hence Kindly refund my Amount as early as possible, it will helped to my son's education.
