I had invested in the above company during 1998 and 1999 with the following receipt numbers.
IC313536 - Rs.5000/- on 29/07/1998
IC314151 - Rs.5000/- on 30/09/1998
IC315215 - Rs15000/- on 21/01/1999
IC315216 - Rs15000/- on 21/01/1999
IC315217 - Rs15000/- on 21/01/1999
IC315218 - Rs15000/- on 21/01/1999
Above investments were made when I was in Porbandar
Now I have shifted to Thane, Mumbai,...

I have Fixed Deposits in Alpic Finance Ltd which has matured long back but I am nog getting back my matured money.Seek help anc guidance. Details of Folio Nos are:
1.EC306187 (I) - Rs.10, 017.99.
2.EC304520 (I) - Rs.10, 017.99.
3.EC304518 (I) - Rs.12, 021.59.
4.EC304519 (I) - Rs.12, 021.59.
Total = 44, 079.16 As on 3.6.2001.

I took a fd OF AMT INR17000 in alpic finance Ltd on 15 Oct 1998 and haven't encashed it still. I heard that the company has liquidated but I haven't recieved my sunn please check into the matter

I had deposited an amount of 5000/- with Alpic on 20/01/1999 as Fixed deposit @ 15.5% interest pa.

The said deposit matured on 20/07/2000 with a maturity value of 6300/-. During that time they were not in a position to refund the amount with interest due to financial losses. It is now 17 years but no reply from their end as to what has happened to the original amount.

My Fdr No : AC317967 with Folio No :AC317967(I) dated 04/02/1999.

Kindly look into the matter and confirm on action taken.

I have a bond of alpic finance ltd 20 nos bonds folio no b000090 in 1999
O far there is no response or refund. Whether this co. Is live or not.

Inspire of several reminders sice 2000 there is no reply getting from given address in the certificate.

I am 80 years old cancer patient i have not money for buy my medicine and treatment. Pls guide and help....

I have invested Rs, 20000/- in Infrastructure Bonds of the sid Co.vide Cert, No.00004520, 0000452, 00004522 and
00004523 my regd folio no is A1/M000270 AT dt.31/3/1998 only for the purpose of status of Tax-Saving Bonds attached to that by the relevant
authorities that year. I am sure many many investors would have definitely invested money in the said
Bonds due to that status and the nature of the Bond'

What happened to the Co.? What action the authorities have taken? Is public money meant for exploitation of such fraudsters? Where is law, and justice? What is the way for common man?

I am holding ten of the captioned bonds of value rs. 1000 / - each, at registered folio a2 / v000023 with certificate nos.[protected]Five each) having distinctive nos.[protected] allotted on 31 / 3 / 1998. Theses were to be redeemed after 5 / 7 years from date of allottment. I have neither received interest nor redemtpion proceeds. The bonds are held by myself vinayak palkar alongwith vasant karve jointly.

Despite many letters there is no respons frm the company. Please help.

After investing I have NOT received any interest so far, the firm does not reply, Now the letters sent to firm through registered post are returned with comment " LEFT".

Kindly help me to get the principal amount along with the interest. At present i am having the bonds in my hand kindly suggest me for further action.

Till date I have not got my maturity amount inspite of several follow up

I had purchased 15 Nos. Alpic Infrastructure Bonds-II Series I : Non Cumulative for Rs.15, 000/-
Regd. Folio A2/J000061 Cerificate No.00002814, Distinctive No.9s[protected]. Neither the maturity amount nor any intimation received.

I have a Series-I :Alpic Project Infrastructure Cumulative Income Bonds which details are given below.

Regd. Folio No : A1/A000266, Certificate No : 00003298, No. of Bonds : 5

Distinctive Nos.[protected], Date of Allotment : 31/03/1998. Invested Amount : Rs. 5, 000/-

Date of Maturity : 7 years from the date of issue i.e. 31/03/2005.

I have written several letter to the Alpic Finance Company with no reply.

There is a contract between Alpic Finance Ltd and Bank of Baroda, Ballard Pier, Mumbai-400001 Mortgage/Charge for Rs. 19, 19, 00, 000/- by way of issue of series of bonds dated 24/07/98 vide Form No. 10.

Sir, would you kindly help me in this regard to get back my invested amount.
