[Resolved]  Amc — FREQUENCY OF BUSES

This is to inform you that, we need the frequency of buses to be increased from Yeshwantpur to Indiranagar and back in the peak hours. We have only 2 (205 & 137) buses between 5.45pm and 6.45pm and is not predictable. One day it comes at 5.30 and the next day it is the same bus which comes at 6.30pm or may not come. It becomes very difficult for working ladies especially in the evenings. We have 205 bus which is from Banashankari to Banashankari which passes thru this rote and is never on time. When ever we question the driver and conductor the get one standard reply as traffic jam. We have other buses which also start from Banashakari and reach Indiranagar between 6.00 and 6.15 pm. It is always on time. As regular commuters, we understand that we have lot of traffic problems in Bangalore and 10to 15 min is acceptable. Our only concern is why is it that other buses starting from the same point don’t have this traffic problem????

If this is one problem, the other problem is there are about 2 more buses which are actually 205 buses who pass thru Indiranagar between 6.00pm and 6.30pm but change there board to Indiranagar Depot and say that is the last stop as there shift is closed. We understand that every employee has there working hour, but when it is a public service organization I think reworking of the working hours has to be done.

Apart from the above services provided, we have one more bus which passes thru more or less the same route that is 137 bus. This bus runs from Domlur to Yeshwantpur. Though the Domlur Depot is just 2 stops ahead of Indiranagar, It is never on scheduled time. It comes any time between 5.45pm to 6.30pm and it only one bus for about 100 commuters in this route.

As a commuter, we won’t know if any of the above buses have passes or not, if we are about 5 min late to the bus stop and we never know if this bus will come or not. We request you to increase the frequency of the above mentioned buses and maintain time schedule to help thousands of commuters.

amc purchase new bus for 6months only...then it become like a truck...
there is a very less frequency on VERY BUSY ROAD-RELIEF ROAD.no solution after given written complain..
