[Resolved]  Amrapali La-Residentia noida extension — phone calls from Amrapali informing Cancellation of booked flat

I had booked 2BHK flat bearing Tower T5 &unit 504 in Amarapali La- Residentia Noida extension in the month of May 2011 and agreement signed by both parties in the month of june 2011. As every one is well aware of the fact that soon after June 2011 Hon'Supreme Court quashed Land acquistion of some villages falling under Greater noida extension and Allahabad High Court . ordered that work at other places be stopped till further orders.Still till date work is stopped as Court has laid some conditions to be fullfilled before start of work again.Knowing every thing last year Amarapali start communicating with me demanding extra money and claiming that Patwari village within which this project falls is free from litigations, over which I approched many banks for sanctioning of Loan who in turn refused saying that the said project is also disputed.From June2011 till date no bank is financing the project.Thus from this it is clear that they cheated /deceived me right from the brginning.During last year, to one of their letters demanding extra money I replied strongly with the comments that when Amarapali was knowing every thing why buyers were kept in dark,when project is not bankable where from poor buyer will arrange extra money,if project cannot get servived money may be refunded back with interest.At that time they remained mum apprehending that the said project may likely get scrapped.Thereafter they continued communication with me and after 21 Oct2011 Hon' Allahabad High Court Judgement they again demanded money by sending a letter to me.All of Sudden on 21 july 2012 I recieved a phone call from Amarapali informing me that booking to said flat has been cancelled inspite of the fact that I have not given any formal request for the the same and also I had got the agreement duly Signed.When I Called for reasons La-Residentia Amarapali so called GM(Finance) Mr Qazi told me that way back last year I have made Complaint reply with copy to Greater Noida Industrial Developement Authority in which the line Quoting "otherwise money may be refunded with interest". With the malafide intension Amarapali La-Residentia authorities are trying to interpritate the same as arequest for cancellation which I never made .It seems that they are trying to revenge for no fault of mine . I feel that I am being victimised.As such keeping in view all the facts and figures into consideration I pray before your goodself that justice be done with me by directing Amarapali La- Residentia Noida Extension Authorities not to cancell booking. Moreover I am ready to pay my installments in time when the bank sanctions my loan as same is the case with other buyers.(Yours faithfully Sunil Kumar T_5 (504) Amarapali La-residentia)
