I had booked 2BHK flat bearing Tower T6 & unit 301in Amarapali La- Residentia Noida extension in the month of october 2010 and agreement signed by both parties in the month of Januar 2011. builder is not stsrting registry of flats and ssking to take possesion without it. I have slready psid 100% amount slong with other chsrges and got noc from their department in august 2016. but after dix months didn't getting flat.

I had booked 2BHK flat bearing Tower T5 &unit 504 in Amarapali La- Residentia Noida extension in the month of May 2011 and agreement signed by both parties in the month of june 2011. As every one is well aware of the fact that soon after June 2011 Hon'Supreme Court quashed Land acquistion of some villages falling under Greater noida extension and Allahabad High Court . ordered that work at other places be stopped till further orders.Still...
