i am Mr. Dilip S. Jadhav has booked for Wakdi near Panvel NA PLOTS in year 2012, he only told me every time that NAINA & CIDCO NOC is pending due to Maharashtra Govt. but from his office Mr. Datta also not given proper response saying today on Dt. 05.02.2016 that " We applied for anticipatory bail & he will meet you after that".
Secondly his mobile also divert to his office & Mr. Datta pickup & give 10-15 days later date given every time.

but now currently, builder office shut down, no any other person releted amrith developer, even start a new builder office there, with name bhawani builders, i dont know what to do, pls help friendss,

I also have cheated by Mr Sachin Zende for 6 lakhs at kamothe panvel .We are trying to contact him but his shop was changed now.Last sunday we have visit at panvel shop but there is now different shop present.We have registered police case before 5-6 month but no further action.

Amrith Developers Panvel is Fraud real estate company of Sachin Zende. Never ever book your dream home under this company. I had booked 1BHK flat in Kamothe 3-4 years ago and still my possession is pending. Land Owner and Builder have eaten up all the residents money. I have been paying home loan EMI since 3 years. I think common man has to suffer with this procedure in our country. There is no hard rule for this type of fraud. These builder will continue to do this type of fraud again and again and common man has to suffer again and again!

Bachpan me suni hui Lakadi ki kahaani yaad aati hai. 1 lakadi ko haato se aasaani se toda ja sakta hai lekin 1 saath 5 lakadiya todna bahut hi mushkil kaam hai.
Maine aaj pahali baar hi Amrith Developers ki online jaannkaari li tabhi muze yah sab maalum hua aur muze bada shock bhi laga. Aur pachhaataap bhi hua ki aajtak maine isaki news online q nahi dekhi?
