[Resolved]  Anb Telemoney — delayed remittance

Im Carmencita Ella C. Longhay,working here in Al Namas,Saudi Arabia. I'd like to complain regarding sending remittance to india.Actually this is my friend's money and send it through my account. I had send it 2/2/2011 and until such moment no money has been sent by them and telling too much excuses regarding that there is something problem about email address which i think would not matter in a way that i had been sending on this account for a couple of times without any hussle as this. I go on the said branch as well and try to fix my account and requested to al namas telemoney branch to resend the money.. but until this time,nothing has been done..how many times I had been calling the marketing officer and the director of the said telemoney but they had not been attending to our concerns..I just hope you be able to make necesssary actions on this matter. Thank you!

Delayed remittance
I'm Albert Pablo I'm complaining regarding the for my remittance that send from Jeddah, KSA last December 20, 2012.Until now I wasn't able to collect the remittance because at the system of M Lhuiller thettransactions not found how can that be happen the sender send me copy of the receipt.
I already requested the sender to follow up at Telemoney but they've always tell the sender that they already forward here in the Phillipines unfortunately still the same problem transactions not found.
I just hope you be able to do a necessary action for this matter.Thank you
