The Pretto Leather industries listed Debenture is already launched in market and gettin good response as this is first corporate company who is doing the private placement of it's debenture.
The investor will get 18% interest/Annum with a major benefit once the debenture is converted in shares after three years.

I am one of the investor of this Co. and had purchased its equity shares through private placement during the month of Feb'2010 for Rs.2, 00, 000/-. Appx 80% return of my principal amount, I received through ROI and now I got shares of listed Co. Pretto Leather Industries Ltd. in paper form. As per my conversation with the Co. person, trading will be started soon when I can encash my shares according to market price or I can hold for certain period for better returns.
Most of my co-investors were misguiding me to work with any other Co. but I had been in regular touch of this Co. and I provided all necessary information/documents what has been asked time to time by the Co. and resulted I got the same what they were promised i.e. Listed Shares.
In this concern, I personally visited corporate offfice of Aggrivate Investfin Ltd. and experienced very healthy atmoshphere over there. Many new activities I could see in office. The Co. has already came into money market through Debenture based NBFC concept and selling through Branches/Franchisee and Dedicated corporate team in the form of RD/FD/MIS.
Meanwhile, the Co. has started activities in manufacturing of Leather Footwear with its existing brand Pretto Leather. Their marketing strategy to launch their product through 2 ways. One through Direct Marketing for freelancers and other through Dealer marketing.
As I came to know that Co. has introduced Debentures of Listed Co. Pretto Leather Industries Ltd. also which would be very secure investment being ROC/SEBI/Stock Exchange approved, RBI intimated and with Trustee. I am egarly waiting for its site.
Finally, I would like to say my all team members and others also to visit personally to the Co. office instead hearing to others and see the reality. Offcourse, delay is caused in issuing Shares/Debenture Certificate but this is all because procedural delay. Intention of the Co. Directors and other key person is very positive.
I am sure this group would be one of the leading group in India in coming 2-3 years.
