Anju Placement Service all people are gundas and make false commitment to customers they don't provide the maid and don't refund the money easily. Even they return the money then they give only 50% money back. Today I went to their office to get a house maid but i saw there are three persons who don't have the manners to speak to customers and one person was demanding his money back against advance because he did not get the maid from one & half month

Anju Placement Services — Not fulfilling the terms stated/not refunding the initial amount
Dear Sir/Mam,I had talked with Anju Placement Services for Providing me the maid facility which are very pravalent now a days. Initially they took Rs 2000 cheque from us on terms that they will provide the maid for one week trial basis , in case it is not working satisfactoriy , they would provide another maid. In case that also does not work satisfactorily , the amount would be refunded.
I had paid the amount through cheque. However , it has been now more than a month , they are not providing me the maid. Also they say even if they provide the maid there will be no trial , whether the maid works to my satisfaction or not..
I insisted to cancel the contract and refund me the amount because they are backing out of the initial terms and conditions. They agreed to refund me Rs. 2000/- but I have been following up for the last one month , they are not sending the cheque , evertytime I call up they say that today they will send the cheque by courier but they never do so. Its totally a fraud case , in which they would have done the same thing to how many people.
I have also sent them several SMS that I will complain in the consumer court , but all in vain.
I also have the recordings in the phone in which they are saying that they will courier the refund cheque to me.
Request you to please take some serious action , as it seems this has become the normal business of the company , they have been defrauding many people like this only.

Anju placement is doing the same with everyone, I am also one of the Vitim. Consumer court should take some strict action against them.
Dear All, It seems this is there modus operandi. I too am a sufferer. But i have decided to go to District Consumer Dispute redressal forum. You can get more details on http://delhistatecommission.nic.in/ . Please note that if you check on the judgements you will find that we are not the only one. Many people have got there money after going to these forums. It has a minima charges and process is also simple.
