[Resolved]  ANZ — Worst and fraud ANZ packers and movers

Worst service I ever seen I had to shift my home-goods. Unfortunately I hired service from ANZ Packers & Movers. They have taken my goods from my home. That was the moment after that I have been started to be cheated by them. - First of all they haven't packed my goods properly (except my almirah), even my vehicle also. They told me that "No Entry" time is going to start and before that they have to move and they'll pack my goods at their office. - They promised me to bring my goods within 5 days at destination, but I got it after 22 days. that was also because I complaint at consumer forum and make more than 50 or 60 calls and send my representative to their office again n again. always they give me wrong statements and told lies. - They have also taken so many hidden charges. - They offered service for packing, loading, moving and unloading, but all the four services was very poor. Also they haven't send ant person for unloading (as they have taken full amount before loading) and I have hired two labours. - My goods was in very bad condition. So many goods were damaged totally. My new almira is now like KABAD. - My one rack and chair was missing. - My vehicle was in very bad condition and damaged very badly. Even it was not started. It was very bad experience to take service from ANZ Packers & Movers. They are lier and cheater. They know how to fool the customer and they don't bother about the goods and service after taking money, even they don't receive phone calls. I suggest don't take any type of service by them.
