[Resolved]  apartment society — Lift is not working

I am a flat owner of flat no-304,Third floor, Lake shore towers,New vidya nagar,Neredmet, secunderabad.I am a patient of neuro.My age is 53 years.I was facing so many problems in my apartment because of this i shifted my son's flat,it is on first floor.Now because of family problems i want to shift my own flat no 304,Lake shore Towers.My apartment lift is not working from one month.My apartment secretary and president is not staying in Lake shore towers.My treasurer is staying flat no 204, Mr P.N Rao,Lake shore Towers.New vidya nagar,neredmet,secunderabad,500056.So many times i complaint to my treasurer.He simply saying i have no money.But now bore well is stop working he paid for borewell technician Rs 4200/-but he is not paying here monthly Rs 500/-for Lift servicing.Now Lift dues Rs6000/-He is not paid Rs 6000/- for Lift servicing from one year.Lift servicing manager saying i will not doing your work you search other technician.I for give my money for you only. I am telling my treasure i will search another technician for lift servicing but he is not interested. I am staying in third floor I am suffering these problems.Please tell me what can i do?Help me .Please give my complaint answer as soon as possible.
