Apcpdcl — Power Supply

Erratic power suplly as my oral discussion with APCPDCL they are saying that power cut is 4hrs in rangareddy,Ok but they are not maintaning timings mainly they are cuted power suply at mid nights how come we sleep and how come we study,thiefs are getting benifit with this power cut not normal peoples.
