[Resolved] Apex Packers & Movers - Gurgaon — Delivery of House shifted Items still pending

I am chakkaravarthy.k shifted my residence from Gurgaon to Salem. Due to this i sent my House Items through Apex Packers & Movers - gurgaon on 18.08.2010. I looked into their websites and called them, they said - no problem - we are having branches at coimbatore and will deliver the items in your house.

I also accepted and they charged INR 21,000 and i paid them 80% of the amount initially as it is the company policy and their head office will not accept it.

Till Date they don't know where the items are and not giving the proper reply.

Kindly look into the issue and try to deliver the items as soon as possible.

I also am undergoing the same agony of not being able to receive my goods which i sent through APEX packers and Movers from Gurgaon to Bangalore, it was only a single carton box i sent on 11th of September. Till now which is about more than a month no delivery has happened. I keep calling the guy at [protected] and [protected] but after at least 60+ phone calls also every-time i get the same answer that delivery will happen the next day. When pushing for delivery all i get is the phone getting cut or a very RUDE answer saying i can go and tell anyone whom i want and they will give no details whatsoever.
i will be most grateful to Anyone who can guide or provide any update to what needs to be done.
