[Resolved] Appco Group India — There is no response from Appco for tata sky upgrade | |
I am facing similar issue as others. On 30th august 2013, representative of Appco group Miss Shivangi Tambe came to my house here in Pune and asked us to upgrade the tata sky. She said the offer is limited and is valid for today only. My dad issued a cheque of Rs.1801/- for upgrading in the name o[censored]nisyn Enterprise.
Cheque was debited on 3rd September 2013. There is no communication from there side. I tried to reach Miss Shivangi but she never picks up the phone. Also, tried to reach out at the call center but it is of no use. Either no one picks up the phone or the phone is constantly engage.
Please be aware of Appco group. I don't know how to track it here further. Was this information helpful? | |

Even I have being duped by UniSyn Enterprises for 1801 to convert the standard TataSky Box to HD box for which I had paid the amount on 09-Sep-13 and till date (10-Oct-13) there is no response from them.
I spoke to the TataSky Call Center on 07-Oct-13 and they said they will either provide me an refund or will provide the HD box.
I insisted on knowing whether Unisys Enterprises is their associate marketing company or not?
The TataSky executive has confirmed that UniSyn is not their associate company, then not sure how come they are using TataSky Logo and company id cards for their employees and duping people in the market.
This is TataSky's responbility to make public aware that there is fraud company out there, but even TataSky is silent on the issue means there is something really fishy going on between TataSky and Unisyn Enterprises.
I received a call from the TataSky Call center on 08-Oct but this time they confirmed that Appco is their authorized marketing associate and that they will provide me resolution in 24-48 hours.
But there is no contact from TataSky since then and also I called them up on 09-Oct and the executive informed me that I will receive call from their senior person, for which I am waiting.
