BASIL INTERNATIONAL LTD a well known company in India, As all the things are going to right prosses, but Mr Bikash Roy Choudhury the Deputy Director of this Company is a very stupid & Ediot Person He used A big GHOTALA Corors of Money at Upper Assam Area means Tinsukia Branch/Ledo Branch/Naharkatia Branch/& Dibrugarh Branch.
I say like this because, i have invested Rs 10, 000/ in Appeline Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd, in the group of(Basil International Ltd)on 21/9/2002 for 5 years. My 5 years was completed on 21/9/2007 but still date (13/10/2008)i have not received my MATURITY Rs 19, 900/. I heard from my Agent that in West Bengal Agents are collecting Crore of Money, i just say all the Agents please come in Upper Assam and see you are collecting crore of money, here crore of people deprived to there Maturity. The Asansol Division is not given any Interest for Maturity. we are going to Zee News for claiming our Maturity.

Respected Sir,
We have been circumstanced to intrude upon your valuable time for due and prompt redressal of our set of genuine problems which are becoming more stringent from day to day.
Our Asansol Divisional Office has given us false assurance and commitment as to various matters, viz, payment of Maturity amount to customers, Payment of Agent’s Commissions, Certificate issuing Problems, etc. To be more specific the commissions’ payable to Agents/Field workers has remained overdue for payment since June 2007 to date.
Further on 14th December 2008, a batch of Field Workers/Agents called at Asansol Divisional Office regarding Maturity Payments Amount to our valued customers and they were assured that approx Rs 13 (thirteen) Crores will be released by the end of February2009. The entire payment of maturity amount has fallen overdue upto December 2008which kindly note. Four Branches Namely Ledo, Tinsukia, Naharkatia, & Dibrugarh, are the connected branches in this regard. Since till now no Maturity payment has come, you can well imagine the condition of the Field Workers. The customers have taken exception to such false assurance and we are afraid that we may be manhandled in such a situation.
Mr. Nayan Bhattacharjee the General Manager of Asansol Divisional Office who is in charge of Assam Circle was personally present in this meeting with us and the whole situation was narrated to him. But till date no out come is visible by us.
On many occasions, we used to taken loan from Banks personally and even lone from Private Parties against pledgement of Gold Ornaments to meet up Maturity claim of customers. But now it has become impossible of all o[censored]s to cover the entire maturity amount. The obvious result is that we are losing business and Customers have been losing confidence over the goodwill of our beloved Institution/Organization.
Another striking incident is that the Division Office has not issued Fixed Deposit Certificates of Tinsukia Branch since April2008 and as a result, the customers have already become annoyed with us.
Finding no way out we have been reluctantly compelled to solicit your valued and prompt intervention for early redressal of the above issues so that we can go ahead with our jobs smoothly as well as attract new customers for our beloved organization.
We fervently hope that your good self will rescue all o[censored]s from the present uncertain and ugly situations and thus help us breathe a sigh of relief.

Dear the field Workers of Assam, We the field Workers of West Bengal knows the whole disturbance faced by Assam is created by Asansol Division since long time. We are going to call meeting regarding the problems faced by Assam. The intentions of Asansol Division are not good, so this is the right time to attach with the people of Assam for their help.

Please think twice before investing or joining to these kind of company.Actually the thing is that preferential shares are issued to financial institutions, friends & relatives of the promoter of the company through private placement not through agents by giving them almost 30-35% commission of the collection amount.Not only appeline but also there are lots of companies which are collecting huge amount of money from rural areas claiming that they are having projects, manufacturing units, real estate business but not a single product is used by common people.Then how can there be any kind of demand of there product and if demand is not there then how can be the company profitable?These companies are basically money circulation company and they are collecting money through networking.When collection will be less then there will be maturity problems.So please please do not invest your hard earned money to these companies.Agents also be very careful before joining these companies because if customers interest is hampered your agency carrier can be stopped.

Basil International Limited is also issuing this type of Preference Shares, in Assam company is not giving MATURITY in this Shares because here the Maturity is almost 25 crore pending. Collection almost 1 crore Basically in Tinsukia Branch, Dibrugarh Branch, Naharkatia Branch, Ledo Branch in Upper Assam.

I know almost 80% customers is not received their pending maturity. In West Bengal field workers are collecting money form their customers. I just pray to all field workers to day on words please don’t collect any Amount from your Customers. Otherwise you will face lots of problem in future.
When I Contrect my agent he told me, ”please give me 30 days if company is not given maturity payment, I will give you maturity after selling my House.” This is the problem, that’swhy I pray all of you don’t invest in Appeline Group (BASIL INTERNATIONAL LTD).
