Last few years, from west bengal(Hooghly district) crores of money has been deposited through tiny agents into company called appeline cosmetics & toiletries ltd and nixil pharmaceuticals specialities ltd.
General people have been depositing lot of heard earned money to these company thinking their money will get double in 6 years.
All these activity is done via preference share cerificates (1000 rs face value)
I am providing you address of these company . please verify and let me know about this. This is very crucial. Thousands of people are related. So kindly investgate the matter and let me know soon.

I personally do not think any company will give 20 to 25% of commission to it's agent for preference shares sale. Whereas these company gives it agent that much.

Please do verification and save general people hard earned money if all these are not regulated.

i have been under this company for almost 8years, but didn't face such problems, im suprised to know such things are happening, in my case, all the customers have received their maturity on time.. only in some cases delayed.. but received later...its has improved lots of people's life, economically...even mine..i think as a customer you should first gather all information about the company and than invest if the company is relaible...second the agent..whether you can trust him/her or not...but incase of any errors one should follow up with the responsible person..i hope this is easier.

is there any obligation by RBI for this kind of preference share chain marketing money market business ?

to open a business which will do business in chain marketing in preference share format, , which law i need to follow
