Purchased Aqua guard Classic water purifier on 11/04/2010. Out of two free services one was done on October'2010. For the second free service request was made on 01/04/2011 over telephone in Malda office and repeated reminders given but no one turned up yet for the free service yet. Please send some technician at the earliest. The taste of the water out put has also changed. INVOICE NO. 6010 DATED 11/04/2010.
