I had made a 3-year service contract for my Aquaguard Classic water purifier .
It is surprising that no body is attending to my complain since last 12 days due to transformer change at same.The person at the service centre in LUCKNOW always says that he is sending mechanic for necessary rectification whenever I contact over phone.After one week when I again contacted My complaint no [protected]

Purchased Aqua guard Classic water purifier on 11/04/2010. Out of two free services one was done on October'2010. For the second free service request was made on 01/04/2011 over telephone in Malda office and repeated reminders given but no one turned up yet for the free service yet. Please send some technician at the earliest. The taste of the water out put has also changed. INVOICE NO. 6010 DATED 11/04/2010.

I purchased an Aqua Guard classic on 2000. From the very next year I am continuing AMC for my product. This year on 30th November I registered a complain to change my UV chamber of the machine on which a hole was developed through which water is continuously leaking.
