[Resolved]  Aquasure Elegant Ro — Free stand not supplied even it is mentioned on the Box

Sir,
I purchased an AQUASURE ( EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT) Elegent RO on dated :18th April'12 from CSD, and which was installed on 20th april by your representative.
I requested to install the RO on 19th April via request number 86750383. in which i intimated that the FREE stand for WALL MOUNTING is missing even though it was mentioned on the outer of box that it will be provided free
the customer care executive mentioned it and ensured me that the installation person will bring it along with at the time of installation
when the installation person can my wife enquired about the same but he says that the company is not supplying it , but my wife argued that then why it is written on the box. he said that now company is not supplying but if you want it it will be supplied at the COST
WHY SHE SAID??? WHY AT A COST??? He said Rs. 350 as an additional charge after paying a hefty sum and that too it is mentioned free on the box
this is ridiculous as the name EUREKA FOBES is renowned name and the box pack things are coming short of material.
I also had a talk to Mr. Anand (Service) & Mr. ketan (Service Head) but no respite the same answer
MY Question to this is that if it is Written on the box FREE why company is not providing me FREE why are they charging me. MONEY
this is not a right thing for a company like this.
Either THEY SHOULD NOT WRITE IT or THEY SHOULD FULFILL THE COMMITMENTS
I am now regretting my decision for buying EUREKA FOBES , one should not buy EUREKA FOBES instead buy a cheap purifier even they give a free wall mounting stands as a standard fittings
I request to EUREKA FOBES India & Hope EUREKA FOBES India will look into & help me, waiting for your favor.
