Arrow Engineering Ltd & Vineet Malhotra are cheater's.
Vineet Malhotra has been in jail for cheating for over 500 days.

A case has been filed in NCLT court Mumbai, for change of Arrow Engineering Ltd Directors. This case is in the last stage & we have already received an interim order from NCLT court.

I have also booked a flat in arrow city Manhattan.The only thing I want to know is the project really starting at all or is stuck under some village land dispute.and they got approval and land acquisition?, is this project will successful or not?

Hi All,
I heard that, Arrowcity, pen has started illegal road construction AND land acquisition in village Washi-pen with the help of local goons/Gundas. They wanted to grab that land illegally. If they are carrying out wrongdoings such like that, means you never know when this project will come across under legal scan. And may cancelled or stop any time; such as illegal construction stopped in Thane, Pune, etc. Still so many questions are arising looking at project progress and intentions. Please clarify the current situation.
They are promising so many things but not yet fulfilled even single. No major construction is going on currently...situation is not changed yet since last 2-4 years...
Think before investing...Enquire and visit first. Talk with local people to get clear idea about the progress. I did it and return without investing.

All investers requested to log police FIR to nearest stations .
all affidivates done of 8000 rs are fake.
No stamp duty registration done .
total 2500 investers are fulled year with 25 corer daily interst on there investments .

I Arun Kumar Srivastav, Mob. no [protected] got registration of plot in manhattan pen project in 2016 no information till date by builder regarding progress. How ever they have shifted office from CBD Belapur. No contact no is working. Any one knowing where they shifted or new contact number.

They have main office in Andheri. The owner is facing legal case now.

Dear friends, Good news is here finally! One of our flat buyers at Arrocity, Pen had contacted the builders office in Andheri and spoke to the builder Vineet Malhotra. It was told that the builders have been released and they are going on holidays! She was told to contact one Mr. Kulkarni Patil in Andheri office. I tried to call him on last Friday, 25th oct'19, but he said, he would be calling me back as he was outside. But till now no response from him!
It was told that the project is not dead and they will start the work from December'19.
All the buyers can contact the Andheri office of the Arrowcity builders and get the exact info .

Are there any updates anyone having about the construction process as I have called them for inquiry they said the Registration process will be starting from January 2021

The land purchased by Arrow Engineering Ltd, & sold to you is agricultural land.
Construction is not permitted on agricultural land
These plots are scattered over an area of 20 kilometres.
There is no proper road connectivity.
Arrow doesn't have any permission to start construction.
Vineet Malhotra is just trying to grab as much money as possible & scoot.
The only solution is to get rid of Vineet from Arrow Engineering Ltd & complete the construction by any other reputed construction company.

Some pertinent information.

Arrow Engineering Ltd didn't fulfill any conditions imposed by the NCLT court Mumbai

We have prepared a list of those who have claimed refund as per the Tribunal instructions. The refund claims were sent before 28 March 2020. We have not received any refund money.
AOR has filed the claim statement at NCLT on 08/01/21

ROC website not updated by Arrow. Balance sheet for the period, 2015 to 2020 not provided.

Shares have been sold. Two Company directors Natasha Malhotra and Gaurav Khanna have been replaced & *Money has been siphoned of by Vineet Malhotra.*

Arrow refuses to provide account statement of flat / plot buyers payment. Arrow claimed in NCLT, that their books of accounts have been seized by police. *Then how did they prepare their first reply ?* Their original reply to our petition in NCLT was detailed & proves that Arrow has all necessary records.

1800 clients were promised home's & cheated of 300+ crores. We had purchased plots of land, but haven't received any. Delivery of land ;- Plot should be demarcated and given in *same location as mentioned in agreement*. As land is vacant, possession should be & can be given within one week after proper fencing.

Arrow collected money without requisite permission. Construction Permission, has not even been applied for.

Arrow has been demanding Rs.1500 extra per sqft for delivering the property. i.e Rs. 30 lakhs from each client.

41 crores has been transferred to Golden Tobbaco Company GTC owned by Dalmia, by Arrow Engineering Ltd.
Under arbitration.

These agreements are not partnerships. The petitioner's are home buyers, & not investors. The plots were purchased for residential bungalows. Ref, last para, Page 24 of 3508, *sell & purchase*
Stamp duty had been paid at sale purchase rate.

Our agreement says that, Arrow has purchased & is in possession of the land.

If refund is offered, then proper compensatory interest should also be included.

Arrow may demand more time for repayment, to delay the process. *Arrow should be asked to deposit money in an escrow account, if they have any.* Arrow is insolvent !!

Arrow has claimed today that they don't owe money to certain Petitioner's.
But the claim of other Petitioner's is more than one crore.

Most probably Vineet Malhotra will be removed from the Arrow board of directors.
