Plot - Registration# 5145, Sector - Beta 3C, Plot# DDX-24 & Registration # 5304
I have booked a plot of 300 sq. yards, allotted under registration# 5145, Sector - Beta 3C, Plot# DDX-24, for the agreed value of Rs. 14, 25000/- ( 300 sq. yards X Rs 4750) out of which Rs. 1147920 were paid until 30/12/2015.
There is another plot booked of 250 sq. yds @ Rs 6500/sq yard. allotted under registration# 5304 @ total value of Rs. 1625000/- out of which Rs. 649998 /- is paid between 4/1/2016 & 16/4/2016. We could not mage agreement as we found the office was closed then after.
However since 2012 till date we are unable to get possession of the said property or any progress information from developer/builder.
Therefore seek help from your authority to look into this subject for resolution.

Those who have signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Arrow Engineering ltd has formed a Cooperative Housing Society and nearly 4.5 acres of plot is registered in the name of Housing Society. This plot is being developed into a Housing complex, State Govt, CIDCO and MHADA permissions are obtained and only last stage of Permission of Central Urban Ministry is pending, since we are fighting for 2.5 fsi under PMAY scheme. This permission is also expected to get within a month and we are hopeful that after Diwali actual work will start. I am the Chief Promoter of first Housing Society, four more housing societies are formed. Those who has signed the JVA but name is missing from the list of these 4 HsgSocities they can directly contact to Arrow office on their email address given in their website-www.arrowpen.com

land in manhattan project (pen)
Dear sir,
I have purchased a land in the manhattan project on 14.01.2008 and until now i don't have any details on this land no information as the owner of the arrow engineering is in jail, please can you help me and let me know how do i proceed further to claim my land and register it in my name and pay the balance payments.

Last month I visited the site of project ' Manhattan City ' at Pen and noted that the construction work has not been started till date .I found only sample flat and a gate which is under construction. fraud in sale of flats

they have permission only for build 3 floor but they sale 4 & 5 floor in advance @ site nh 17 mumbai goa highway. mumbai metropolitan region
they receive money for their flats but no construction were even start since 5 years at there site
