I had contacted this company for transporting my luggage from Nungambakkam, Chennai to Trivandrum, Kerala on 6th of December. I paid them for their service and they had confirmed that my luggage will reach by 10th of December. Finally I got my delivery on 21st of December. Their service is bad, very bad. Morevover when you call to understand the whereabouts of your luggage they will not pick up the phone. When I asked them about the late delivery the owner Mr. Arun Kumar replied that 'why do you worry about your luggage, you can claim the money from insurance company!'
