I had contacted them for moving my goods on Dec 6th, 2009 and it was confirmed that the goods will reach by Dec 10th (Chennai to Trivandrum). I had completed all my payments initiallly including my insurance. Finally I got my luggage on 21st Dec. I cannot describe the kind of trauma and emotionally disturbance they caused to me. Moreover when you call the properiter Mr. Arun Kumar he does not pick up the phone. On informing the owner about poor service, I get a reply " why do you worry, your goods are insured by yourself so you can get compensation from insurance company!" Was this information helpful? |
